Suzhou Yinxiang Yisu Inn (Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road)

The owner and front desk staff were both super nice, and they even gave me a souvenir when I checked out.

This hotel offers a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Guanqian Street, nestled within a garden, and surrounded by an abundance of dining options. The owner and front desk staff (both the male and female attendants) are incredibly welcoming and always greet guests warmly. They even proactively helped me with multiple food deliveries and stored my luggage. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a very restful stay these past few days. The hotel also features well-designed common areas with washing machines and dryers, which is a huge plus for long-term travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room was very large and spacious, with a tea table and chairs. It was controlled by a smart speaker. The front desk was very accommodating and would ask about cleaning preferences. When it wasn't busy, they would allow for a late checkout.

The owner was incredibly welcoming. Even before we checked in, they recommended a local noodle place that served the most authentic noodles. They even upgraded our room to a fantastic one because they had availability (we stayed two nights, the bathtub is from the original room type, the video is from the upgraded room type). All the staff were very friendly and had excellent attitudes. They even brought our takeout orders right to our room. The smart speaker was also quite intelligent. Just a heads up, everyone, whatever you do, don't go to 'Treasure Jiangnan' on Guanqian Street – it was an absolute nightmare, a truly terrifying place. My friends and I literally left the city because of that one place.

The room was clean and tidy. We drove past the place when checking in, but the host was kind enough to wait for us on the street, guide us to the entrance, and even helped with our luggage. He was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The guesthouse is very close to Guanqian Street and conveniently located for visiting Pingjiang Road. Highly recommend!

This is a genuine review. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of local food stalls right outside. It's excellent!

Facilities: Smart toilet. Hygiene: Very clean, which is the most important thing. Environment: Quiet despite being in a lively area; I was a bit disappointed by the small front desk space when I arrived, but the rooms upstairs were a pleasant surprise. Service: Warm and friendly; the front desk helped deliver my takeout to the room, and key card access to the floors felt very secure. The owner's hospitality was wonderful – they gave great tips on transportation, dining, and what to avoid. Definitely a big plus!

The inn boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road. The rooms are clean and tidy, featuring a new Chinese elegant and cozy style, complete with full audio-visual equipment. The owner is warm and attentive, making the overall stay experience far exceed expectations.

Great location, right on Guanqian Street, not far from the subway exit. As soon as you step out, you're on a commercial pedestrian street, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, or visiting attractions. The owner was incredibly warm and chatty, even giving us some fantastic recommendations for local sightseeing. Highly recommend!
