We got a free upgrade to the family style room and the room was clean and spacious. Location is great with pingjiang road just at the doorstep. Breakfast was delicious and portion was just right. The hotel also provides free taxi ride to a few tourist spots nearby so it was really convenient. Overall a great place to stay at in suzhou.

Beautiful traditional atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the friendly staff who immediately helped me with whatever I asked or needed. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was delicious. Right in the heart of old Suzhou. I would highly recommend it for both, business and pleasure. I will definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is just right next to the Ping Jiang road. It’s very convenient. Service is excellent. They always try their best to accommodate your needs. Miss Yan at the front desk is very friendly. Everyone is very attentive and caring. After we had many meals outside, we had our last lunch at the hotel and found out their food was actually very delicious and clean environment too as compared with outside restaurants.
