房間乾淨，設施全，洗澡熱水好，早餐供應豐富，前台工作人員服務優，待人熱情友好。酒店地理位置好，近地鐵一號線，出入方便，去觀前街，東方之門地鐵都直達。步行可到金雞湖景區及文化藝術中心大劇院等。總之下次還會首選。

園區，位置不錯。30元早餐。床很舒適。衞生間面積不小。有窗户還是蠻舒適的。晚上還算比較安靜。整體感覺挺好。

本人對住宿衹要不是很差都能接受，反正就是睡個覺而已
剛入住覺得可以，整體也不錯。房間小但挺乾淨的。住下後發現
設施：舊，馬桶坐墊歪的，洗手盆發黃。但不影響使用OK，可以接受。But晚上上廁所味道太重了，一股潮濕味難聞。窗户也關不上門
衞生：粗看也不錯，但後面發現一次性杯子裏面都是灰，當天晚上用喝的匆忙沒認真看，第二天發現臟！
環境：周邊配套還不錯，往前走有商場，樓下有吃的，也有便利店，地鐵站也在附近很方便。但對於睡覺很差很差，一點都不隔音，樓下半夜估計餐店下班嘰嘰喳喳，樓上一清二楚，非常吵！
服務：沒要求什麼，看不出什麼服務。帶早餐的多給10元都不肯付，至少外面10元還有熱乎的餅吃。這裏都沒有熱乎的。全冷的，超級差
搜尋時説裏金雞湖很近，根本不是！！！！理金雞湖噴泉早着呢。

家人們真的要慎重，避坑啊，趁着元旦從上海自駕到蘇州玩，搞得一夜沒怎麼睡啊
【隔音】房間隔音效果特別差，一晚上都是隔壁抽水聲，走廊説話聲音、窗外嬉鬧聲，尤其是抽水聲，隔壁在幹啥聽的一清二楚，一晚上都沒怎麼睡，凌晨4點才睡着，睜眼到天亮，太痛苦了。
【服務】讓前台送個浴帽過來，電話催了4次，一直説，快送過來了，一直等了2個小時，從9點等到11點，服務特別差，氣死我了。
【環境】一開門一股子味道，特別刺鼻子，另外窗户對着的外面一直開燈，再加上衞生間的鏡子有燈關不了，整個房間都是亮着，太難受了。

非常好。酒店早餐很豐富，各種蔬菜水果也有，性價比非常高，之前酒店早餐太差了，這個交通也方便靠近地鐵🚇。打車去園區高鐵站不到40分鐘。

帶着家人孩子短途遊，最終選擇了金雞湖旁邊的如家，房間很乾凈，早餐選擇性很多，孩子和長者覺得味道很好，也很乾凈，房間很敞亮，衞生看着不錯，挑剔的長者也覺得性價比很高，出門不遠就是地鐵，又挨着金雞湖，酒店的服務人員都很和氣很禮貌，下次出行還會選擇這家！
