Banyan Tree Yangcheng Lake

This year, my first stay at Banyan Tree Hotel on my birthday brought me an unprecedented sense of ceremony and satisfied all my emotional values. I sincerely thank the hotel for decorating the room very warmly and sending birthday cakes. The taste was great and the children ate them all. I experienced the 7-degree travel photography of Xia. It turned out that women understand women best. The photos she took were all what I like. I must recommend her to my sisters. Barrywang, the pool staff, was handsome, sunny and responsible. I also experienced the hotel's spa, which was very relaxing. The staff was very professional and I actually fell asleep. The breakfast was very rich, the service was thoughtful and clean. Banyan Tree is really the first choice for holidays and special days. It is really worth recommending.

The spring scenery by Yangcheng Lake is bright and beautiful. It is built by the lake, quiet and elegant. If you want to avoid the crowds during holidays, you can choose here for a vacation and a rest. It is very suitable. The starry sky swimming pool, boat access, parent-child crafts, etc. are all well designed. I also experienced travel photography when I left. Xia is good! Come again next time when Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs are plump, go to the island to taste crabs, it's a good thing!

A very pleasant trip. We came to Yangcheng Lake right after leaving Nanjing Banyan Tree. Facilities: Compared with Nanjing Banyan Tree, this one is really new. The public area facilities, the facilities in the room, the outdoor private bath, and the small courtyard are all well maintained. Hygiene: The hygienic environment is excellent, just like it just opened. Environment: A very typical Su-style garden style, very fresh. It is very pleasant to sit in the outdoor courtyard and watch the sunset at sunset, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Service: The service attitude is very good 👍 Shuttle bus picks up and drops off from the room to the public area. Every service staff is very warm and thoughtful.

I booked a room on the 2nd floor, but was "upgraded" to a room on the 1st floor when I checked in. Except for the main switch, all the other light switches in the room didn't respond. At first I thought it was because I turned them on the wrong way, but later I called someone to check and they said it was a circuit breaker... Did the person who made the night turndown open both the front and back doors to invite mosquitoes in to sleep with us? I called the restaurant in the morning to ask if it was busy, and the other party just replied "What are you doing?", which made me feel very relaxed. After I reported these situations to the front desk when I checked out, the front desk said they would send a small gift to express their apology. It turned out to be a bathroom toiletry bag... To be honest, I wouldn't mind it if you didn't send it. What's the point of doing this? If you can’t afford it, don’t send it. The so-called luxury resort hotels are “luxury” only in price, with a makeshift team behind them.
