They really don’t pay attention to quality at all. The weight scale is broken, the shower top spray is broken, and the bathtub is broken. It was repaired by the workers. It took more than half an hour for the bath to release the water. The water was still very small. I took a shower, and the water was still very small. The top spray can still suck cold water. There are no toiletries in the shower, so I really took it; 3. I booked a parent-child room because I stayed with the whole family. The upper and lower floors were attic and there were no windows. Because it was winter, the air conditioner was turned on. Because the heat would rise, all the hot water in the room ran to the attic. The temperature on the first floor was still cold, the second floor was already shirtless, and there were no windows in the attic on the second floor, so the hot air could not get out, and the air conditioner could not cool down. Room supplies, mainly for parent-child rooms, but none of the items are for children. All things come standard with 2 sets. There are no children's toothbrushes, children's bathrobes, children's slippers, and children's play facilities. This is parent-child house? The 2 pairs of slippers that come with are also small, and neither man nor me can wear them. 5. Regarding breakfast, I must complain greatly. The room at 1249 booked by Ctrip for one night shows that there is no breakfast. I asked the manager on duty at night if breakfast can be delivered, and told the parent-child room that 3 breakfasts are provided, and I made a special trip to inform I ordered no breakfast on Ctrip. The manager said that they all have breakfast. At that time, I felt that I finally made up for my injured heart. When I went down for breakfast the next day, the waiter actually knew our room number and told us that we had breakfast. After ordering 3 breakfasts, we went to the garden outside to play. After a while, the waiter came to tell us that we ordered no breakfast on Ctrip. 2 breakfasts were sent, and we need to buy them separately. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, and we are half full. PS breakfast is not a buffet. Summary: Pretty bad, don't come here.

This hotel is really indescribable. First of all, there is basically no service, and there is no security at the door. After waiting for nearly 5 minutes at the front desk, people in different uniforms came out to receive them. The most ridiculous thing is that they said they had free fruit, but they didn't see it when they checked out. The front desk said they were too busy, could they deliver it in the afternoon? We only stayed for one day and checked out in the morning. How can we eat your fruit? I really don't even have the basic sense of service, I feel like a temporary worker... The gap between the online picture and the actual one is too big

歐式風格的酒店，停車場不能直通酒店帶着行李不方便。酒店門口有幾個車位可以停。離蘇州中心比較近，步行即到。酒店花園景色不錯，還有錦鯉。去蘇州中心和金雞湖旅遊觀光可以住這個酒店

跨年選擇了天域酒店，特別感謝張林給我們免費升級了複式樓的房間，讓兩個孩子無比開心快樂，樓上樓下不亦樂乎，留下了美好的記憶，環境一流，出行方便，服務質量好，下次必住！推薦大家！

我先把總結寫在前面: 總結: 標註四星級酒店，價格是五星級酒店，服務是一星級都不到（沒有服務，客人需求的他們要麼不知道，要麼我們沒有，要麼我們酒店就是這樣的，要麼你們自己去拿，服務連民宿都不如） 特別提示:前台李小姐服務特別差！10/1號下午上班的前台李小姐，客人講一句話她就懟回我們一句，完全不像是服務我們客人的。 這家酒店服務太差，沒有一點服務意識，對不起1450多元一天的房價，服務都不如民宿。特別是前台李小姐態度特別差，1.我們到酒店辦入住，前台沒有一個人接待，等了至少有20分鐘，李小姐匆匆才來；2. 給我們的房間不是預訂時説好的房間，我們要求換房，李小姐説:“現在衹有這間房，你們要就住，不要就去住其它酒店”，厲害👍🏻這樣跟客人講話 ； 3. 問前台要紅酒開瓶器，回答:“你們自己去問西餐廳拿”；4.問前台要冰塊，回答:“你們自己去餐廳要”；所有的服務都是要客人自己去做，那你們收的價格還和五星級一樣！！！我住三星的全季酒店，客人需要任何東西都是有服務人員送到房間的！ 第一天晚上給的房間，離前台很遠，要穿過網球場，爬樓梯才能到，前台李小姐也沒有帶我們過去，也沒有人幫我們拿行李，我們拖着行李，一邊找房間一邊扛着行李爬樓梯才找到房間😓😭😭😭 房間枱子上都是灰，櫃子下還有雞腿骨頭，這是怎麼打掃房間的？！花園裡麪的花草都亂七八糟，都是落葉沒有人清掃，游泳池也特別臟，這家酒店衞生堪憂！！！

天域小區門口的酒店，地理位置相當優越，金雞湖邊，離蘇州中心步行五分鐘，酒店門口很有東南亞風格，房間歐式風格，面積可以，衞生間很大，淋浴、浴缸都有。周圍也很安靜。要説有待提高的地方：1.地下車庫不通酒店，有點不方便。2.早餐是套餐，粵式風格，單價也不便宜，但哪怕是套餐，要是改成中式的包子豆漿油條或者西式的麪包牛奶都比這些好。

地理位置不錯，靠近蘇州中心，金融中心，對出差而言位置很方便！酒店前台服務親切熱情，房間潔凈！
