Kaiya Smart Hotel (Suzhou Station)

Front desk staff Xiao Du was very nice and provided excellent service. They even gave us a free room upgrade and provided us with a travel guide and many other items.

Very close to Suzhou Station, just a 5-minute walk from the exit. It's also very convenient to take the subway to various attractions. The front desk staff, Xiao Du, was kind and polite, and the room was spotlessly clean. The soundproofing was good, and I had a very comfortable night's rest. My only minor complaint is that there was a constant smell of smoke in the hallway; I suggest they address that. The room itself was fine and equipped with smart home features throughout.

Pretty good! The room was quite spacious. I thought it might be noisy at night since it's near the train station, but it was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. It's right next to the subway station and only one stop away from Shantang Street, which was super convenient. Suzhou's night views are beautiful.

Stayed in a family room, and it was really well-equipped. I especially liked that there were plenty of tables and side tables, making it perfect for getting some work done. The projector was also a nice touch for watching shows. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful. It's super convenient too – there's a ride-hailing pick-up spot right downstairs, and you can spot the hotel easily to your right when you exit Suzhou Station's North Square.
