A nice hotel with rooms overlooking a small lake (it takes about an hour to walk around the lake on well-established floating walkways and running paths). The surrounding area is fairly built up, but the suburb seems to be quiet. Breakfasts are included and have a great variety. All of the staff are friendly and helpful (you feel as though they have been especially trained this way). There is a swimming pool (that can be used for relaxation or exercise - it is long enough) but this gets drained on the 31st of August, which is a pity as it looks unsightly when empty.

The surrounding environment is good, but the room management is terrible. The room attendants speak loudly and noisily. The Do Not Disturb sign is ignored no matter how bright it is. The banging starts at 8:00 in the morning. There is no management. It looks like a big hotel on the outside, but the internal management is solid. confusion

Probably used to be a top hotel, but now mainly a faded glory. There is a lot of visible wear and tear, the hotel is in need of a thorough renovation. Breakfast was limited to Chinese food, and the coffee (with milk and sugar only) came from a warming pot.
Location is outside the city, which should not be a disadvantage for the business traveler. The swimming pool is out of use and empty. All in all certainly not a 4 star hotel, more like 2-3.
