Homeinn Selected Hotel (Suzhou Railway Station)

The room wasn't properly cleaned; I found two cigarette butts by the bed. There was also a strange noise at night, which I eventually realized was coming from the air conditioning, making it hard to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, you might struggle here.

I traveled to Suzhou with my kids, and the hotel's location is excellent – very close to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The environment is elegant and quiet, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the cleaning staff (auntie) was also very kind. It's fantastic value for money, absolutely worth it, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel is conveniently located near Suzhou Railway Station, offering easy access to various attractions. The room was quite spacious with ample storage. The hairdryer was a pleasant surprise; it had adjustable hot/cold settings and power levels, and you didn't have to hold down a button, which made for a good user experience. We booked a room with breakfast included, and the breakfast selection was quite diverse, with both Chinese and Western options. There was cereal, toast, desserts, porridge, hot stir-fries, whole grain pastries, and even freshly made noodles with a special braised pork topping. The soy milk was rich and creamy, and the fruit was deliciously sweet. There's also a gym on-site, and the public restrooms were clean and tidy. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The location is super convenient for getting around, and the room was really clean. Check-in was quick and easy, which was great.

The front desk lady was incredibly nice; we arrived past midnight, and she was very patient. The room was also very clean, and breakfast was abundant. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Very close to the train and metro stations, which is super convenient. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and getting a taxi is easy. The room was clean and tidy. A great choice!

Cleanliness: Clean and promptly tidied. Environment: Directly opposite Suzhou Station, but the surrounding area is a bit average. Facilities: Relatively new. Service: Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very friendly and responded quickly to requests.

I had a fantastic stay here! I was traveling solo in Suzhou and forgot to leave my luggage at the hotel when I went out the next day. The front desk staff patiently contacted me, and when they realized I was leaving that evening, I asked the front desk manager to hold my already packed bags for me at the front desk. Even though it was already 4 PM, they charged me the original price, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and tidy, and what was both funny and incredibly reassuring was that they even packed up my disposable bath towel! I felt so safe and comfortable during my two-night stay that my Apple Watch showed over 7 hours of deep, restful sleep. Highly recommend!
