Holiday Inn Express SUZHOU DUSHU LAKE by IHG

This InterContinental brand really didn't disappoint! The hotel facilities are quite new, and it's clean and hygienic. It's right in Wencui Square, and the service is also good. 👍 The only slight downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great; you can clearly hear people running around upstairs and noises from next door! Overall, the stay was a good experience, and I'd choose it again next time I visit!

My stay was exceptionally satisfying, and I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Huahua and Lili! Both young ladies were incredibly enthusiastic and polite. They greeted me with a warm smile upon arrival, handled my check-in quickly and efficiently, and thoroughly explained breakfast times, room facilities, as well as nearby attractions and dining options. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, and were always prompt and attentive to my needs. Truly thoughtful and professional.

The room amenities are very practical, especially having an extra sofa side table. What's particularly interesting is that you can have everyday essentials delivered by a robot for free; the selection is super comprehensive (see pictures). The breakfast noodle station offers warm soup that's great for the stomach! The lady at the noodle station was exceptionally kind. When I asked for blanched greens in my wontons, she still remembered the next day and added a generous amount. A special mention goes to the hotel's free shuttle service for concerts. A hotel staff member even called the day before to confirm. When checking out, they proactively offered water and drinks.

The service from Lily and Coco was excellent and very thoughtful. They contacted us immediately when we left an item behind. The hotel is also very close to Wencui Apartment.

Excellent! Especially the front desk staff, Huahua and Moli, they were incredibly nice, hahaahahahahahahaha!

The room was clean and tidy, the transportation was convenient, and the service was excellent. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. The shuttle service for the concert was a great bonus!

Facilities: Great, just what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express that values its guests. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is lovely and very quiet! Service: The front desk staff were excellent; Shan Yu and Yue Yue were incredibly gentle and kind!

The hotel was surprisingly good! This was my first time staying at an InterContinental Hotels Group property, and this Holiday Inn Express experience was a huge, pleasant surprise. A special shout-out to Huahua and Jasmine at the front desk – their service attitude was excellent, and they handled everything very efficiently. Big plus! The room size was adequate, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows were a major highlight. The central air conditioning was a little noisy, but they thoughtfully provided earplugs. Facilities: The gym isn't huge but it's sufficient; I went for incline walks every day. There are four washing machines and four dryers, so you might need to queue in the evenings. Cleanliness: Excellent. The hotel is very new, and both the rooms and public areas were spotless. Environment: Great environment. You can get warm water in the public areas, and I think there was a coffee machine too. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and the subway station. Service: Very thoughtful. The front desk staff, security, and housekeepers were all very enthusiastic.

The environment is great, the room is clean and tidy, it's close to the subway station, and the service is very warm and welcoming.
