Very beautiful hotel. The environment is elegant, the lobby is grand, and the Grand Canal can be seen from the windows, full of Suzhou style. The rooms are well-equipped and well-decorated, making them a five-star hotel.

來蘇州出差選擇了這家酒店，酒店距離市區比較近，出行都很方便，酒店周邊環境不錯，辦理入住時，前台工作人員服務熱情周到，房間衞生乾淨。早餐也很好，早餐的特殊麪條特別好吃，下次還會來入住！

這次住宿感覺選擇最正確一次，各方面都很滿意！接待服務熱情，房間打衞生乾淨，硬件更是不錯，二樓窗外還可以看到運河船衹經過，本來訂的大床房，住宿時給升級了套房。早餐也很好吃👍🏻有機會過來還會選擇這家住宿！

房間很大住的也挺舒服的，就是免費飲用水衹有當天入住時有6小瓶水，還需要的話要付錢，後來我跟酒店總枱反映了這在其它五星級酒店都沒有這麼操作的事，酒店又給了免費飲用水，還有一宿早餐太簡陋了，吃的選擇很少。
