Weekend family trip, got an unexpected upgrade to the presidential suite, which made the experience absolutely perfect. The hotel service was top-notch, and a special thank you to Fiona and Xiao Wu at the front desk for their enthusiastic and professional help throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back!

We specifically chose this established hotel for our trip, and it was definitely the right decision. There's no flashy design; it focuses on comfort and reliability. The elevators are smooth, making it easy to get around. The beds in the rooms are just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. Staff members Harlan and concierge Gavin were gentle and patient, providing detailed explanations when we asked about directions or how to adjust the hot water. The hotel is very well-maintained; you can't tell it's twenty years old, and the hygiene standards are consistently high. Right downstairs, there's a shopping mall and Central Park, making it convenient for walks and dining. Compared to trendy new hotels, this kind of well-established, twenty-year-old local institution feels much more reassuring. Our whole family felt relaxed and comfortable, making it perfect for family travel.

The service is meticulous, the environment is warm and tidy, and the facilities are complete and easy to use. The check-in experience was comfortable and secure. Fiona provided enthusiastic service. The value for money is excellent, and it's definitely worth choosing again!

I chose this hotel again for my business trip because I was very satisfied with my last stay. Clara immediately contacted me after seeing my reservation and upgraded me to an executive floor room on the 19th floor. The lounge view was fantastic, overlooking Central Park. The cocktails during happy hour were excellent, and the food was pretty good, though the cake was a bit disappointing. Many hotel lounges offer a variety of cheesecakes, so more options would be nice. However, the late-night snacks were a huge bonus – this is the first hotel I've stayed in that offers them!

This was my first stay at the Renaissance Suzhou Hotel, and its location in the heart of Suzhou Industrial Park is truly excellent. It's very close to Suzhou Center and Jinji Lake for walks, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The hotel is an established Marriott property that's been open for years, and its overall interior design feels classic and grand. The public areas are well-maintained daily, and the guest rooms are spotlessly clean. Objectively, there were a couple of minor issues with the room's hardware: the hairdryer outlet in the bathroom was a bit finicky, requiring several attempts to get a proper connection. Also, when it was quiet at night, the air conditioning vent made a noticeable noise that slightly disturbed my sleep. After I reported these issues, I contacted Harlan Zhu, who provided warm and sincere service!

This hotel isn't about fancy decor; it stands out for its solid amenities and reliable service. Harlan Xiao Zhu at the front desk was professional and composed, handling check-in smoothly with clear and detailed explanations. The room was spacious, and the bedding and bathroom facilities were excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety, catering to both northern and southern tastes, and there's also a swimming pool. The biggest highlight, though, was Harlan Xiao Zhu's consistent and attentive service throughout my stay, which made for a truly reassuring and comfortable experience.

The room was just okay, but there was a damp smell. The basement parking garage wasn't very clean and had an unpleasant odor. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing special. The hotel's location is good, with many shopping malls nearby.

It has been a indredible stay. The room was Perfect and it is near the gate of the orient. Also there is a park in front of the hotel.

Excellent location with a great breakfast and attentive service. It's definitely a top choice if you're looking for a hotel near the industrial park and exhibition center. The executive lounge was also a nice touch. Overall, a really good experience!

The twin room was very spacious, with two 1.4m beds. The service was standard for a five-star hotel. Breakfast was excellent and extensive, featuring congee cooked to order, freshly made noodles, fried eggs, and a variety of Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Western dishes.

The warmest surprise during my trip to Suzhou came from Harlan at Renaissance Suzhou Taihu Lake, who not only checked me in quickly but also thoughtfully reminded me about the executive lounge's evening snacks. Highly recommend!

Overall, the environment is quite good, and the in-room facilities are also decent. The restaurant service is standard, so I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Fantastic! Great value for money, and it even included a buffet dinner. Our butler, Doris, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The subway is just across Central Park, only a few hundred meters away, so it's not far at all and perfectly bypasses ground traffic congestion.
