Great experience, the ensuite is newly furnished with spacious rooms. I also enjoyed the good views.

Clean room, good location, friendly staff with wonderful service

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance from espire bookstore and new Times Square. The room is very good but I had some issues with the air conditioner and the fridge that weren’t working for the first night, which caused my family a significant amount of stress due to our baby’s food storage and sleep (the room got so hot that no one was able to sleep. The The reception however is very friendly and was really supportive. They fixed the problem on the second day of our stay! The breakfast is very simple, no western options but is super cheap, so still worth it. Overall a good place！

The service and facilities was really good. Except that we have communication barrier with the receptionist. However we were just glad that they used translator just to communicate with us.

Excellent value for the price. We had a suite which was big and clean. The staff was friendly and offered me an extra breakfast voucher for my son. Although we didn’t try them, there were a couple good looking Korean restaurants on the ground floor. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Times Square and a 7-minute walk from my favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

The hotel is close to the Times Square Area, which is convenient for transport and food. Note that in Suzhou everything closes early, ordering at a restaurant after 8pm is difficult. The experience in the hotel was not very good. The rooms are aged, with paint often peeling from the wall. The beds were comfortable, amenities sparse. When we checked in coming from a delayed flight it was 1am. Registering our passports took 30 minutes (not foreigner friendly), after that we entered the room and found that it was not heated, with outside temperatures 3 degrees Celsius. We complained. A person came and looked at our air conditioning and said nothing could be done, we were given a few more blankets. Finally, 2 hours later, the air conditioner finally started to work. When checking out we were surprised that the entire copying of passport episode had to be repeated because of staff mistakes. Generally no English spoken, overall not a very professional or foreigner friendly hotel.

Awesome! This place really surprised us. The location is great, the room is clean and comfortable, and they gave us a free upgrade!

I am satisfied with this hotel. There is Jinji Lake nearby..
