The facilities are great and the hygiene is good. Shuyuan Free Bar: You can freely take desserts and drinks. Service: They deliver takeout right to your room door, and there's also a takeout locker by the entrance. 60-minute travel photo experience (includes 3 retouched digital photos): I didn't try this, but I saw many people taking photos.

The room facilities are incredibly advanced, clearly designed with great care, blending classical and modern aesthetics. The garden view from the window is as stunning as a scenic garden, and taking photos here is just as good as Humble Administrator's Garden. The hotel service was excellent, special thanks to Haitang and Canglan! We initially parked our car under the Crowne Plaza Hotel, but the staff helped us drive it up and park it under a shaded tree. They also kindly extended our check-out time to 2 PM for free. The hotel's noodle restaurant was also delicious, truly deserving of its Michelin-level Suzhou-style noodles. Hotel guests even get a 12% discount, and the staff even helped us get a queue number. Thumbs up! 👍 In the evening, we enjoyed the complimentary Martini special drink from the hotel. It had a very pure, authentic dry martini taste, and a drink at night was truly refreshing and heartwarming.

My stay at Tonino Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou was a delightful surprise. The hotel boasts a beautiful environment with a strong garden aesthetic, and all facilities are impeccably maintained and look brand new. Situated in the heart of Jinji Lake, it offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, a tranquil haven right on the edge of prosperity. The room came with a spacious balcony, and as it happened to be a rainy day, sitting out there, listening to the rain and enjoying the view, truly elevated the atmosphere. It was so relaxing and healing, perfect for a vacation. Overall, the stay was fantastic, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The environment is excellent, it's a garden-style hotel. The front desk upgraded our room, and it was very spacious with comfortable bedding! The only downside was that it was a bit of a maze to get to the room, and the room signs weren't very clear. Two things in the room definitely need improvement: the quality of the towels and slippers. Both felt old; the towels lacked texture, and the slippers felt like they'd been reused. Also, the complimentary toothbrush was absolutely terrible – it was shedding bristles, so much so that I didn't dare use it! Overall, the room and the hotel itself are great, but they really need to step up their quality control. Regarding the hotel's noodle shop, Su Mian Fang, I ordered the crab roe noodles, and honestly, they weren't good. Perhaps it just wasn't to our taste.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The butler service was exceptional – they were incredibly responsive to all my requests, even late at night, and they even delivered my late-night takeout to my room! I also received a complimentary room upgrade, and the room itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and genuinely attentive to every guest. The hotel's location is also superb; you can see the Gate of the Orient as soon as you step outside. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou!

Located by Jinji Lake, right next to the Gate of the Orient, the hotel offers an unparalleled view and a captivating lake atmosphere. The room decor is luxuriously elegant, blending a scholarly feel with high-end design. The space is spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and high-quality bathroom facilities, including thoughtful toiletries. The garden and lake views are picturesque at every turn, perfect for photos. The service was attentive and thorough throughout; the front desk staff were courteous, and check-in was efficient. Housekeeping and concierge services were prompt. It's a short walk to the Jinji Lake walking path, making an evening stroll to watch the city sunset incredibly relaxing.

The Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou Jinji Lake boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient to step out and find dining and shopping options at the Gate to the East. The two restaurants within the hotel are also fantastic, and the service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Liu Qian, the lovely manager at the front desk. She's incredibly gentle and kind, and handles things with meticulous care and responsibility. We even saw her diligently working during afternoon tea, which is truly commendable! Also, Zhao Jianping, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel very happy. The hotel's overall management is strict and well-regulated, ensuring a fantastic vacation experience! Definitely worth returning to multiple times!

The rooms are neat and clean, and the customer service is warm and attentive. It's my top choice every time I visit Suzhou for a short stay. The breakfast is rich and varied, with freshly squeezed juices, Suzhou specialty snacks like osmanthus chilled cakes, Jiangnan Yachu's characteristic garden-style square cakes, and special red soup noodles with mini wontons. The location is excellent; Suzhou Center is just across the road from the hotel, and transportation is convenient. You can also use your room card to swim at the Crowne Plaza.

The tall, bespectacled greeter with a genuine smile was so welcoming and polite, which made us feel comfortable. The manager who showed us to our room was also very thoughtful and attentive. The only minor regret was being reminded to check out at 1 PM the next day, which unfortunately caused us to miss our scheduled 3 PM photoshoot. The four of us had to rush to check out. Our expectations were unmet, leaving us quite disappointed.
