Atour Hotel Suzhou Shi Road Shantang Business District

The room was great, very close to Shantang Street, making it super convenient for getting around. It's also near Metro Line 12. You can't go wrong choosing Atour for your travels!

The front desk staff were all very polite, but during our stay, it was a bit noisy due to renovations of the surrounding facilities. The shops next door were also blocked off, so perhaps the timing wasn't ideal. Generally speaking, Atour hotels are quite good. Their laundry facilities are very convenient for guests.

The environment here is fantastic! They upgraded my room for free, and the staff were incredibly kind and gentle. They even washed and dried my clothes for me and delivered them back to my room smelling lovely.

Checked in quite late at night, and they upgraded my standard queen room to an executive queen room. The front desk staff were as welcoming as ever, the room was as comfortable as always, and it's very close to Shantang Street.

I really have to review this hotel; it was genuinely terrible. For ¥887, the facilities were worse than a budget hotel. There wasn't even a basic mini-fridge, and by 8:30 AM, there was no congee left for breakfast. The TV also had intermittent internet issues. This is the worst Atour hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've been to many from south to north.

The hotel upgraded our room type, and the room was very spacious. The location is excellent, right next to the subway station. It's only two stops from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. We could walk to Seven Mile Shantang Street in just 200 meters, and there's a newly opened mall right next door, making shopping very convenient!

The hygiene was impeccable, and the room was very spacious. It's conveniently located near a shopping mall and Metro Line 2, making transportation a breeze. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bed had just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The toiletries in the bathroom were also well-stocked. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient with no delays.
