Ramada Hotel is a mid-to-high-end hotel! Before checking in, I didn’t read the reviews and went directly to the front desk to place my order on Ctrip and check in directly! At that time, the front desk did not inform the air conditioner to be disabled! Autumn in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai is just like summer, hotel air conditioners are disabled! The indoor temperature reaches 27 degrees at night! Sultry! hard to fall asleep! I called the front desk and told them that the air conditioner was out of service! Then a fan was given for use! Payment is 488 yuan not including breakfast! The air conditioner is on strike! May I ask how this price was determined? The hotel deserves careful reflection! This is the worst Ramada I have ever stayed at!

I rarely review, but this time I was very satisfied. A group of 4 people arrived at the hotel in the morning on a rainy day. The hotel housekeeper was already at the door to greet us and help us with our luggage. Check-in was completed quickly. The room was large, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was powerful. Surprisingly, there is an outdoor garden in the hotel. I drank tea and chatted with my friends under the umbrella, watching the autumn rain from the south of the Yangtze River falling into the pond. I sat there for two hours. In addition, the hotel housekeeper arranged swimming, table tennis and dinner according to our itinerary. Thank you very much for the hotel's thoughtful service. The only regret is that I couldn’t go to Luzhi Ancient Town due to my tight schedule. I’ll make an appointment next time.

The hotel is a good hotel, but the attitude of the front desk responsible for registration is very poor. I originally stayed for one day and checked out, but ended up staying another day without finishing my work. I just arranged the same room as the first day. When I made the reservation, I called and specifically said not to arrange the room. I agreed on the phone yesterday, but when I checked in, I still had the same room. The shower head in the room we stayed on the first day was broken. I told the front desk several times that the shower head was broken and couldn't be used, so they asked me to find someone to fix it. However, they asked me several times why the shower head was broken and they gave me a blank stare😨. When it's over, just pretend you didn't hear anything and ignore it. This attitude is enough. After staying in hotels so many times, the front desk at Ramada is the best.

比較滿意的住宿，值得推薦，離古鎮不遠，走過去幾分鐘，停車方便，房間非常安靜，賓館內還有花園可散步，適合出遊出差。

酒店有些年頭了，綠化很大中間有個水塘，服務早餐也都還行，Frank給介紹周邊娛樂很詳細挺不錯的一次遊玩！值得推薦！！

看到點評上的評論有點擔心。去住過以後才知道。1. 前台服務差。我接觸的年輕女孩👧因講話語速快，我説了一句聽不清楚，她馬上用放慢一倍多的速度清晰的再講一遍。👍👍👍 2. 客房服務一早就開門打掃。我擔心這樣的事情再發生，所以晚上用鎖鏈扣住。第二天直到我們11.50離開房間，也沒有人來敲門要求打掃。👍👍👍 早餐豐富多彩

酒店地處蘇州甪直古鎮大約5分鐘的路程，設施齊全，房間裏面乾淨整潔，庭院式的環境，離商業街不遠出去吃飯買東西很方便。生活很便利！服務人員積極認真。
