Atour Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Street)

I have stayed in many Atour hotels across the country. This Atour hotel on Guanqian Street in Suzhou is the worst. No one else. I am a member of Atour and I can still have such a bad experience. Not to mention that the membership rights cannot be used. The room is extremely dirty. Everyone. You can look at the pictures, the slippers are torn, the bath towel is torn, the walls are dirty, not to mention the dust, the dust on the kettle and the stains on the dry bar are visible to the naked eye, the water in the bathroom is not good, and the hands are washed. There was still a dripping sound from the basin in the middle of the night, and the hair on the floor was in clumps. Even the reminder sticker on the bathroom door was posted crookedly, and what's even more ridiculous was that it was posted wrongly. It was clearly pulled open, but pushed, and The water provided in the hotel room did not have the Atour logo. Two bottles of Jingtian were placed. The waiter's attitude was indifferent. If there was any problem, travelers could file a 400 complaint. This hotel has huge problems reflected from the management to the front desk. Everyone Come and avoid this hotel in Suzhou. There are many hotels around, why bother to spend money to come to this hotel. My friends stayed at the Manxin Hotel not far away and it was very good, and it is closer to Guanping Street. The surrounding environment of this hotel is still very poor. The surroundings are messy, there are absolutely bad reviews, avoid pitfalls, avoid pitfalls, because of the service and experience of this hotel, I really want to give up the gold card membership of Atour Hotel, a hotel affects a brand!

The fried rice for breakfast could be fresher, it was a bit hard. The soundproofing in the room was not very good.

The room is not very close to the atrium, and the indoor temperature of the air conditioner reached 29 degrees Celsius. After many responses, the beautiful lady at the front desk finally agreed to help improve the temperature of the air conditioner.

It’s very convenient to stay during a business trip. You can eat soy noodles.

The room is spacious and well laid out! The faucet didn't stick when it rained, and the front desk staff was average and not very enthusiastic!
