The reception was very slow, I waited for more than 20mns to check in, the person wasn't very qualified to do the job and had to defer to someone who wasn't there, the room wasn't very clean, I had to call them to change the pillow and they couldn't change the bed sheet, saying they didn't have a spare one. I think these little details could've been handled better.

The young lady at the front desk is very nice, and the boss gives the processing money. She is very enthusiastic. This hotel also depends on the young lady. But the room is really bad. Don't bring the elderly to live. The bath is connected to the bathroom. It is easy to slip. The picture is seriously inconsistent with the real thing, very poor. The quality of dozens of youth hotels is not recommended.

設施挺齊全的，還有護髮素，一樓還有茶吧機。就是住了五六天護髮素用光了，再問前台要也沒給。前兩天讓打掃結果就換了個垃圾袋，地也沒掃，後面説了就挺好的了。樓下有共享單車，公交車站，吃飯的地方也多，離地鐵站也挺近，位置在市中心去哪都挺方便的。前台小哥也很熱情，有需要找他都會幫忙解決，性價比不錯，續住了好幾次。

位置很好，離觀前街，平江路步行街，雙塔市集都很近，步行1公里吧，離地鐵口八九百米，挺方便的。 環境還可以 路邊噪音大，賓館年頭久了，設施有點舊了，投影很好，空調好用，熱水不穩定。

户型舒適環境優美，設備齊全。地方很安靜交通便利，出門就是公交站，離觀前街很近。前台小哥服務很到位，免費升級了户型，需要生活用品也會及時送達，非常滿意，好評！
