W Suzhou

Stayed for two days, and Eli proactively reached out beforehand. Even when I caught a cold, they arranged for ginger tea, which was very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Suzhou W and my butler Eli again next time. The view outside the window is absolutely stunning! Su Yan is also highly recommended.

Stayed two nights at W Suzhou. I highly recommend the lake view room; the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unbeatable view directly overlooking Jinji Lake. On a clear day, the water glimmers beautifully. There's a small island in the middle of the lake with a pagoda that lights up brilliantly at night! Sitting by the window enjoying the scenery is incredibly therapeutic; the lake stretches out endlessly. The room was clean and tidy, with a trendy overall design yet featuring subtle Suzhou-style details, like a pipa (Chinese lute) and guqin (Chinese zither) on the bed, unique to Suzhou. On our first morning, we went for breakfast. The selection was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options, plus authentic Suzhou-style noodles like Aocao noodles. There were many choices at the live cooking stations, and the ingredients were fresh. On the second morning, we couldn't wake up in time for breakfast, so we contacted the front desk. They were very friendly and helped us communicate with the restaurant and management, arranging a refund for the two breakfasts. Overall, the experience was fantastic, a definite thumbs-up! The room was great! They even had a Dyson hairdryer. Eli, the front desk attendant, was very enthusiastic and helpful during check-in. They also gave us lots of thoughtful tips. Excellent service! 👍

My stay at W Suzhou was excellent overall. The room was clean, and the lobby design was very trendy. The best part was definitely the location – direct access to Suzhou Center from the third floor, and the Gate of the Orient is just a five-minute walk away. Jeremy, our butler, contacted us beforehand and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to come back.

This time, I stayed in an apartment suite, which was spacious and comfortable, feeling just like home. It’s perfect for someone like me who's often on the go but yearns for a moment of stability. What truly keeps me coming back, time and again, is the people. Vicky, my loyalty manager, is genuinely someone I trust from the bottom of my heart. Her warmth is never a routine greeting; it's the kind of thoughtfulness that remembers your preferences, understands your needs, and anticipates every detail. From booking confirmation to check-in arrangements, every step made me feel not like a 'guest,' but someone 'returning home.' I also want to give a special shout-out to Heidi at the front desk. She was incredibly patient and efficient during the entire check-in process, getting us settled in very quickly. Her professionalism and gentle demeanor instantly boosted my positive impression of this stay. To be honest, hotel hardware can be replicated, but it's service providers like Vicky and Heidi, who genuinely care for guests, that are the real reason I'm willing to 'return' repeatedly. Our stay at W Suzhou was full of pleasant surprises. The day before check-in, our butler, Claire, contacted me to patiently understand my room preferences, arrival time, and any special requests. Even though we checked in on a Friday, a busy day for the hotel, the front desk, thanks to Claire's arrangement, upgraded us to a room with panoramic views of Jinji Lake – truly an unbeatable lake view! Both the hardware and soft furnishings of the room were striking; despite being nearly a decade old, the interior design still felt avant-garde and was impeccably maintained. Claire also thoughtfully provided us with welcome drink vouchers, allowing my wife and me to enjoy a cocktail at the lobby bar while soaking in the energetic music from the foreign DJ. Overall, our W Hotel experience was top-notch, showcasing the hotel's exceptional service and attentiveness. We even received luggage tags with the hotel's logo upon checkout, a very thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

The housekeeper was excellent, reaching out in advance and even providing complimentary breakfast, which was a great experience. The apartment room surprised me with its constant temperature, making it very quiet and refreshing. The facilities are also very new. My baby loved the baby gates. The swimming pool on the 38th floor was also fantastic, with a hot spring pool available.
