My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night. The facilities were fantastic, and the room was perfect—incredibly comfortable, beautifully designed, and equipped with high-quality amenities. The shower was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the complimentary laundry, tea, and coffee. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, patient, and helpful. For such a reasonable price, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Suzhou.

Beautiful hotel, amazing ladies at reception. Everyone was helpful especially because I don’t speak Chinese. I had a great experience. I wish they offered more western meals.

There are a lot of disposable items to ensure hygiene and safety. The hotel is close to everywhere, and it is very convenient to go to Wangshan and Pingjiang Road. It is also very quiet at night. I will choose it again next time!

The room was very clean, there were no unknown objects on the bed, there was plenty of drinking water, and there was a refrigerator. The hotel service was very good and in place. The front desk lady was also very beautiful and nice. It was my first time staying here, and I will stay here again in the future. I am addicted to Atour! !

I went back to my hometown to worship my ancestors and chose this one after many choices. The location is good, quiet in a busy area, very close to Shihu Lake, and it is refreshing to go for a walk in my spare time; the service attitude is very good, and I communicated with the front desk lady about the little problem in the room and it was corrected immediately and breakfast was delivered. The attitude is really good! The only small flaw is that the aunt who cleans the room is a bit careless. She lost a toothbrush that we brought and needed to use, so we had to use a disposable one the next day; there is an underground parking lot, which is very convenient. I also had the pickled mustard greens and bamboo shoots noodles for breakfast. Overall, it is okay. I will probably choose to stay in this Atour next time I come back. Facilities: Good Hygiene: Pretty good Environment: Very quiet. Not noisy at night. I got a free upgrade to a big bed when I checked in. I was very satisfied. Service: Very welcoming. Hanfu can be rented for free. Very satisfied. Worth recommending.

This time I came to Suzhou to visit Shihu Scenic Area, so I chose Atour Hotel nearby. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and the check-out was also very warm. The invoice was issued very quickly and accurately, and the room was also upgraded, which was very warm. The room was very clean and the shower room was also very large. It was quite a surprise. I will consider this place again when I come to Suzhou next time.
