We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from **Pingjiang Road**, a beautiful historic pedestrian street with a picturesque canal. The area is especially charming in the evening. From the hotel, we could also easily walk to the **Humble Administrator's Garden** and **Lion Grove Garden**. **Guanqian Street** is also nearby, although we unfortunately didn't have enough time to visit this famous shopping street.
We booked a room with breakfast, and it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes. The front desk staff were cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The hotel is equipped with a laundry room complete with washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient for travelers. As a smart hotel, it also features a delivery robot and **Xiaodu** voice assistant in the room, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Although we stayed only two nights, housekeeping cleaned our room daily and replaced the towels, which we greatly appreciated.
The only drawbacks were that the elevator was quite narrow and could have been cleaner. We also noticed a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Fortunately, our room was completely smoke-free. Finding a truly non-smoking room while traveling in China can sometimes be challenging, so we always make a special request for a smoke-free room when booking.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Suzhou. We highly recommend it, especially for families, thanks to its excellent location near Suzhou's most famous attractions, comfortable facilities, and friendly service.
