很棒的別墅，有三層，一樓客廳可以唱卡拉OK可以看電影，二樓三樓是客房，房間很大很乾凈，洗漱用品毛巾拖鞋一應俱全，而且很新很乾凈，管家會拉個羣，有任何問題在羣裏問他哪怕半夜都能及時解答，真的非常滿意的一次入住體驗，唯一不足就是所有外賣都很遠，入住建議自己買好吃的喝的過來，可以用他們冰箱和廚房，餐具也很齊全，非常適合朋友聚會或公司小型團建。

這是我近10年來住過最差最糟糕的酒店了！！！強烈避坑！！！千萬別選這家！！！該別墅小區公共空間衞生臟亂差，應該是你想象不到的那種臟亂差。其次別墅內的衞生問題衹能用超級差來形容了，之前客人用完的廚房都是沒有收拾乾淨的，鍋裏炒菜的油還在，都發黴了。其它衞生就更不用説了，到處都是蜘蛛網，床底下週圍全是厚厚的一層灰塵，床上用品有點潮濕不乾淨，睡的手臂和脖子很癢。關鍵的問題來了，我入住的那天天氣很冷，別墅的空調竟然是壞的，根本沒任何用處，我是下午兩點到店辦理入住的，我訂的是（三室一廳一廚的27幢），一入住就發現空調壞了，然後讓工作人員來維修，工作人員從14:00修到了16:30，告知我們空調壞了無法修好，需要換另一間房，工作人員帶我去看了另一間房，是（美式仿古湖景房8幢），沒想到空調又是壞的，工作人員和我解釋説：這裏所有別墅空調都是物業統一安裝的，已經年久失修，都修了幾年了也修不好。説他們自己也很無奈！明明知道空調都壞的為什麼還要掛在攜程上售賣？不是害人嘛！然後又告知我再給我換一間房，大約晚上六點左右，把我換到了（日系三室一廳獨棟22幢），隨後發現空調依舊是壞的，工作人員去找來了兩個電暖器，一個好的，一個壞的，但根本無法讓這麼大別墅的一樓客廳温度熱起來，我實在是受不了了，也真的很無奈。我們是4個人去的，從下午2點陪工作人員修空調搬家換房間到6點。因為這套別墅，樓上的客房房間比較小，感覺至少這破空調還有一絲的温度。我們就先去外面吃飯了，希望晚餐回來後房間裏可以不用這麼冷，最終還是認命了，晚餐回來後，發現這別墅裏依舊還是非常的冷，空調幾乎沒啥用，最氣人的就是晚上凌晨一點，整個別墅的空調都停止運作了，我在管家羣中呼叫工作人員，竟然沒一個人回覆我，直到第二天上午9:23才回復我，如果晚上出點什麼事，連人都找不到，這一晚上有多冷你們可能無法體會。我其中一個朋友第二天直接重感冒。這其間還發現別墅裏的設施設備也都是壞的，遊戲機手柄按鍵都是壞的。卡拉OK一開機就跳閘，整個房間都沒電。如果您能看到我寫的這些，就請慎重選擇這家別墅，千萬別訂！別再有人上當受騙了。@攜程官方，我已經向你們做出投訴舉報，希望攜程可以多為客人着想，安排負責這區域的管理人員去實地考察一下這家酒店，去入住體驗一下這家別墅，看下是否和我説的一樣，真的別再讓這種垃圾別墅在害人了。問題這家別墅的價格也不算便宜。這種別墅就不應該掛在攜程網上售賣，攜程賺的是客人的佣金，真應該替自己的客人好好把關！

很好的房子，旁邊就是陽澄湖，房子裏面有家庭式唱吧，榻榻米，步行就可以看到陽澄湖的景色，開車5分鐘就有農家樂，位置有點難找但是有管家門口等着帶我們進去，很熱情，下次再來

體驗感很好，停車也很方便門口就可以停，還配了燒烤架，到了管家小哥幫我們生起火，就在院子裏都很方便，房間裏面用的都是一次性床單被套毛巾等，房東人也很好説話，最重要的狗狗友好，下次還來
