it was a great location and good experience in the hotel, just a little problem with a pipe smell coming from the bathroom, other than that it was a great choice

Super spacious and clean room with a superb lake view and clean toilet with a bathtub. Amazing staff and hotel located 30 mins away from most attractions. There's a mall with cinema within 10mins walk. Overall, this is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

The transportation options around the hotel are exceptionally convenient, facilitating easy access to various destinations. Additionally, the proximity of Yinshan Lake enhances the scenic allure of the area, offering guests a tranquil retreat amidst natural beauty. I must commend the duty manager, Lorraine, whose unwavering enthusiasm and dedication significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Great location, close to the Yinshan Lake and a shopping mall. Room is spacious and the service is spot on.

We had a nice view of the lake and there's a mall walking distance from Hilton. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk was so helpful especially on using Meituan to order food from Pizza Hut.

The hotel itself was very nice! Especially the evening buffet was very tasty. The floor in our room was quite dirty. Unfortunately almost nobody from the staff could speak English. In general we definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay here thanks to the staff, especially Freda! Freda helped our family feel at home during our brief visit. The room was lovely and the buffet was delicious. We hope the pool is open next time we go back. Overall the hotel gets a 9/10 but Freda gets 11/10！

I chose this Hilton hotel which has not been open for long. Although the location is relatively remote, the transportation is quite convenient. It is a 5-minute walk from Yinshan Lake on Metro Line 2. The overall space of the hotel is not large. The breakfast is a bit slow, but it's okay. It is about 5 kilometers away from Suzhou Art Museum. The lake view room has a beautiful view. There is a park downstairs and a walking trail along the lake. There is a gym and swimming pool on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by a commercial complex with convenient food and shopping.

It was my first time staying in this hotel. I often travel on business and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. This was the first time I chose Hilton. It was high-end. I chose Hilton Hotel blindly when traveling with my children. The front desk service was enthusiastic. I booked a 2-meter bed room and arranged a 1.8-meter bed. The hotel facilities were clean, the room was super large, and the night view was also beautiful. I planned to sleep on the sofa with two children in a big bed. The duty manager Bella contacted me twice after knowing that the phone was not connected at first. Later, she found the room and upgraded us to a suite bed for free. She also prepared another quilt for us. Thank you Bella for upgrading us to a suite. The children liked it so much. They slept very comfortably. The facilities were new, clean, and sanitary. The room was quiet and the view was invincible. The duty manager was very enthusiastic. Compared with other hotels, I will come to your hotel next time! Very cost-effective!
