THE AMENITIES OF THE HOSTEL IS REALLY GOOD BUT HOPEFULLY THE STAFFS WILL INITIATE MORE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN FOREIGN FRIENDS AND CHINESE FRIENDS. We are shy to interact we would really like to. Anyways! Very good stay!

The location is ideal, it is near to Shantang Street and within 5 to 10 mins walk from the Metro Station. Its share the same building as Mercure Hotel, this Hostel is clean and have a spacious common area. I stay in the single room for 1 night and 4 bed sharing room for 1 night, overall i am very happy with both room. I would definitely choose this Hostel again.

I would rate this as 5 star hostel! The best hostel I've had stay ever! Check in process was very smooth, friendly, responsive and helpful staff! They provided almost everything, a bottle of water will be put beside your bed everyday, highly recommended to everyone who travel to Suzhou! Will definitely be back again! Not forget to mention, the hostel located at 11th floor and you're able to see nice view of suzhou

This was the first time I stayed at a destination hostel, and I'll certainly be staying again. Friendly staff, clean, a nice bar with cheap good craft beer and good location. I really enjoyed it here and would recommend.

Great crowd, mostly consisting of Chinese Nationals. Facilities were good, and the rooms are comfortable. Would book again.

The hostel is clean, the customer service is professional and helpful, they would try to help as much as possible, and also the atmosphere so cheer in the hostel, most people just choose to relax in the hostel instead.

Location is very good at the walking street in Suzhou just 2 minute from subway station and 5 minutes walking to Shantang Street .
Hostel is clean they provide you everything you need like towel , drinking water or soap and shampoo. There are washing and drying machine service with payment . Recommend this hostel if you plan to visit Suzhou .
