The bathroom contained a large glass window from the shower into the room which couldn’t be covered. Breakfast was takeout ordered from a nearby restaurant and included soy milk, an egg, congee, and a spring onion pancake.

The whole family went to Xishan on weekends, and the single-family villa of the Bay Backyard B&B before check-in.
