I decided to come to Suzhou on the spur of the moment. I looked at the hotel reviews and was very satisfied. I forgot to take a photo of the room... Manager Xie at the front desk saw that we were bringing children and elders, and the room was upgraded to a king bed room with a view for free. The room was large and the experience was great. The service staff was very polite. The breakfast was rich and everything was available. It's almost gone. Add it immediately. I will stay here again next time. By the way, the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. I forgot to bring a swimsuit for my child...

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

The room was very nice,clean. Service was great, I brought my both over 80‘s parents with me. They got pamppered and welcomed everywhere we went in this hotel. Lovely lobby located at the 46‘s floor,modern and contemporary. Great place for photo shoots.Gym Is Open 24 hours, entrance is easy, self-service just Scan your room card. Swimmingpool open 7:00am till about 22:40pm,just be polite and give them 20minutes to clean and tidy up,though they said open till 11:00am. Breakfast have lots of choices. There are rice noodles and noodles,dimsum,spring rolls, fried dumplings,local cusine such as:青团;发糕, stir-fried dishes。Cold dishes and cereals and yourghts. Fesh fruits. They have soyal bean milk, as well as normal milk. about 4-5 different juices. Coffee made to orders. They will bring your choice of coffee to you. The service is about 6star. Especially little details such as if you need any extra towels ,you can just dial operator. They will immediately bring to your room. Surrounding by shopping center and malls, make eating out easier,plenty choices. Overall this is a cost-efficient, great five star hotel for families even with elderly.

Temporarily consciously went to Hanshan Temple and chose this small and beautiful inn next to the scenic spot. The owner's family is kind, kind and attentive, and staying in the inn is like visiting a friend's house. The decoration of the inn is simple and elegant, with great care in small details, and you can see the boss's attitude towards life. The room we booked is near the temple. The room is big enough. The gables and roofs of Hanshan Temple outside the window are scattered. The room is clean and tidy. Walk barefoot on tatami mats without dirty feet. The floors are high and there is no dampness of the old house. It is cramped, and there is no strange smell of the sewer; morning and evening are very quiet, the bed pillows are also comfortable; the only drawback is that the bathroom is relatively small. When the inn goes out, turn left and enter the Fengqiao Scenic Area within 20 meters. You can stroll around. There are night scenes at night, and Hanshan Temple is through the alleys. When you go out, turn right and walk to the main road where there is a place to eat. Tired of shopping, the sofa in the lobby of the inn is very comfortable, looking for a book, eating ice cream made by the proprietress herself, you can grind it all night.
