The hotel has a loft-style design with many eclectic screens that can be seen everywhere. However, it did not meet my expectations for this brand - M Social. I did not feel any social connection. Although I received a call from the Guest Experience Manager before my arrival and provided an arrival time, there was no welcome upon check-in. The check-in process was easy, but the room was very simple with no outstanding features that I can share with you on Ctrip. The key issues are that the air conditioning did not warm the room, the combination of the bathtub and shower was not very convenient, and the bed mattress was too firm. The lobby was also too small. The restaurant did not have too many choices, but it was okay for me, if they could add more gym food and fresh juice with less sugar that would be better.. For M Social no feel the social

It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

I would not recommend this hotel if you are traveling by car. The parking lot provided by the hotel is very limited and shared by others using the area. It's only possible to find a space if you return to the hotel after 6~7pm since ppl get off work by then. The location is pretty good though, a subway entrance is only a 2 minute walk away and roughly a mile away from shopping malls like Times Square and Eslite Bookstore.

The hotel is very close to the Xinghu Street subway station. The hotel is out and walks straight for two or three minutes to the subway entrance. It is very convenient to travel. Next to the hotel is the family convenience store, there are Zhang Liang Mala Tang, Ruixing coffee and some restaurants to eat, it is very convenient to eat if you don't order takeaway. It is very convenient for robots to deliver takeaways; The hotel room environment is also good, but the sound insulation is not good. I am the kind of person who sleeps deeply. I am generally not easily woken up when I fall asleep, but I watch videos on the TV in the room during the day. I can hear the big video sound in the room when I go outside the door. Hotel breakfast is also OK; There are two less satisfying points: 1- The elevator feels that the facilities are a bit old, and there is a little shaking when going in and rising; 2- The hotel's washing machine is on the sixth floor. The elevator can sit on the 5th floor. I have to climb a flight of stairs alone. One night I climbed up to wash my clothes. In order to save electricity, I turned on a light. It was a bit dim and scared me. The picture was put in the comments. I have stayed in different cities of Home Inn several times. The first time I encountered this kind of climbing stairs alone, I felt that the design was unreasonable.

這個公寓式酒店我願稱之為保養酒店了，房間見圖很温馨、乾淨，房間很大，一般酒店在這個價位達不到這個面積。前一天停車的噩夢，讓我在這裏得到了緩解，停車場很大車位很空很好停車，夜間22:00-早上7:00還是免費。地理位置優越，去奧體看演唱會或者去博覽中心參加會展活動都很方便。是那種哪怕不是因為演唱會都想來住的~設備齊全到不是普通酒店會提供的，感覺就是一個家，能做飯洗衣還帶烘乾，真的是太絕了！

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a live butler to receive check-in, and I specially upgraded the deluxe city view room! Very angry! The first feeling of entering the room is that it is big, bright, clean, and comfortable. Standing in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the scenery, I really feel that I have earned it! Great value! ! ! The butler also very enthusiastically informed that there are items in the room during the stay that you need to contact at any time.

As soon as I entered, I felt the atmosphere of home. I especially like a few aromatherapy flavors. The multi-sensory healing city view is really open. I stayed for a whole night and my mood improved. I was downstairs and prepared to visit often. Hahaha. Very enthusiastic and polite. The only thing that is not a good experience is that there is a dish in the pool of the cooking place. It may be that the previous resident has not cleaned it.

The room is not big, basically just one big bed, but the location in Suzhou is still worthy of the price, so it's no problem to have a good night's sleep. The hotel is relatively quiet and the surrounding restaurants are convenient. One problem is that the purified water delivered was opened and the label was damaged. Fortunately, I found out in time that I didn’t drink it!
