The room is very clean and comfortable, and it's very convenient with how close it is to the Sanxiang Square Metro station (4 stations away from Suzhou station so it's good for transiting). Price is very friendly too. The front desk lady is very friendly and helpful with our questions! Will come again next time.

There are welcome fruits when you check in. Milk is also delivered in the evening and the service is comprehensive. There is a restaurant and Su Shi Noodle House on the first floor. Quite good location, nearby ancient scenic sites, pingjiang street, humble administrator garden. Wary of Dec winter period though, several sites will be closed due to cold harsh weather. There's a nice looking shopping mall 环球188, near the suyue square, but is quite some distance away

Booked deluxe room but free upgraded to deluxe suit room. It was really awesome stayed especially after tired business trip from Shanghai. The room was unexpected spacious for 2 of us. Thank you again for the great full hospitality. Makes us unforgettable pleasant trip.

If you want to visit the garden, it is a good location. There is a small round forest inside the B&B where you can take photos. The room hygiene needs to be improved. But in terms of cost performance it's okay.

The lobby is spacious and provides green tea and fish food, so you can feed the fish. Ctrip booked a lot of rooms, but this time I stayed in the north room and couldn't adjust it. It faces the road to the north, and you can hear the sound of horns at night and early in the morning. Smoking is not allowed in the room, there is an ashtray on the table, and the smell of third-hand smoke is faintly audible. There are lollipops sold by third parties in the lobby. They cost 45 yuan each and are inedible. It was not resolved on the first day, so I reported it to the front desk manager and sent three boxes of Youth League. But the damage caused by the lollipop cannot be forgotten.

The hotel is within walking distance of the subway which is only 10 minutes away from the main railway station so easy to get to if you are visiting Suzhou and convenient for getting around the city. Check in was smooth and fast and the lovely girl at reception spoke good English which is always helpful even though I speak some Chinese. The hotel decor is very cute and music themed, everything was very clean and new looking. I booked the Double Comfort room which was basic but still had some lovely touches.A very comfortable bed, hot shower, bottled water, tea and slippers which you might not expect in a value room. Possibly the cutest thing about the hotel were the little robots who delivered take out directly to your room door. The only down side is that the noise from other rooms and guests carries easily across the halls but that is not the hotel's fault, and it didn't really stop me sleeping. Check out was fast and I was given a small bottle of water when I left was a kind gesture. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Suzhou.Great value and service, and very foreigners friendly!
