I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou. The hotel is close to key attractions like the Suzhou museum , administrative garden etc. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They assisted me with everything I needed and made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a traditional Chinese architecture and a stunning garden. I loved taking photos in the garden and admiring the scenery. The hotel also offered free unlimited entry to Panmen, a historic scenic area with ancient gates, bridges, and temples. It was a great way to explore the culture and history of Suzhou. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Suzhou. Only thing that I do not like about the room is the tap. It’s the traditional type where you have separate hot and cold tap, making it less functional but it does fit the overall design theme of the hotel. Lastly , the hotel may like consider switching to big bottles for the shampoo/ shower gel so reduce waste and more environmental friendly. I will recommend this hotel to whose who like to have a different experience. Great value for money.

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was a few hundred meters away from the subway station which was convenient to travel around the city. Upon check-in the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. There were a few others checking in and the staff had no order in doing this. It was chaos. The lady at the check-in actually helped others who arrived after me to check-in first. It was very unprofessional and quite frustrating for us. I will not stay at this hotel nor would I recommend it to other friends, I'd rather stay at other hotels in the area.

This hotel was beyond my expectations, it has a great location near Tang Shan street in old Suzhou, with lots of shopping around, as well as restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and has aromatherapy throughout the hotel. In the lobby, the staff is extremely helpful and kind. There is a refrigerated section of free fruits, yogurt, water and other things as well as beer and other things to purchase if you want. The room was amazing, clean, comfortable, and loaded with all the amenities you need…and more! Great stereo system with calming music every time you insert your card and a large projector tv that is also available in English or Chinese. They also offer several extras like aromatherapy foot bath free of charge 24 hours a day! I’ll definitely go back without question.

The location of this hotel is in a pedestrian Street, so when you get dropped off you will get dropped off in the road and just walk a little bit over to the hotel. It’s a very busy street so there’s many things around in terms of buying food and going out. However, I can get a bit noisy but you don’t really hear a lot of the noise from inside the hotel the only noise is the rooms in ext store. The neighbors that I had were exceptionally noisy and I didn’t really like that but that’s not the hotels fault. It’s easy to order takeout, the hotel will send it to your room with the small robot and also the hotel is very neat and very clean. The staff don’t speak but they are very helpful, so if you can’t speak Chinese I would suggest using a translator. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that it was so busy around the hotel but once again that’s not the hotels fault. The service is the best from the cleaners, they are so nice and so kind and always greet you and are very helpful.
