Parking is right on the main road, making it very dangerous – cars speed by and you have to reverse out blindly. The hotel itself is old and run-down, spread across five floors with no elevator, so it’s not suitable for elderly guests, families with children, or anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was decent but served as a portion (not buffet), with terrible coffee and only one low-quality juice besides water. Staff are friendly but disorganized, often forgetting orders, and service speed is inconsistent. Our first room smelled strongly of sewage and had no Wi-Fi. After complaining, we were moved to a better room the next day, but it still had major issues: leaking shower, dirty air conditioner, stained walls, broken balcony, and very noisy fridge and boiler. The biggest downside is the access to the beach – more than 200 steep, dirty steps filled with trash, with about 100m of elevation difference. Overall, the hotel is clearly neglected and in urgent need of renovation.

The property is rundown and old, the value for money does not match at all they need to reduce price significantly to match what you get. The surronding is trash and broken things.

Gorgeous views of Sveti Stefan island, lovely large room with balcony, and exceptional service with a smile from Arian. Our room was large, the bathroom was lovely, and even though the hotel is on a fairly major road, it was very quiet. We stopped for just one night, and loved this little spot for the views it gave of the famous Sveti Stefan island, as well as the quiet little streets below the hotel, where we took an evening stroll for our meal. The staff were friendly, and the service was great, especially from Arian (spelling?) - he was kind, responsive, cheerful and professional.

The hotel is in a decent location with an utterly fascinating view. The rooms were clean, and room service was nice. However, the hotel staff appeared to be consistently unhappy and unapproachable. When we asked the receptionist questions, he didn't make eye contact. On our last night, I asked him a couple of questions, but he didn’t respond. When I inquired about placing an order, he grimaced and said he would send someone to help, but no one ever showed up, so we had to ask again. Overall, the hotel rooms offered a fantastic view and were tidy. Additionally, the price was very affordable.

A group of 32 people had accommodation in this hotel. All conditions were fantastic. The rooms are very nice, bathes large, quality towels. All rooms have sea view. The panorama is great. The hotel is in Svei Stephan but in very convenient to arrive in Budva by a minibus(local company). Good services, nice team. But, I think that some of them could pay moe atention to customer care.

We arrived here a little last minute but the staff were excellent and friendly and the rooms had all the amenities and a balcony with a great view of Sveti Stefan! Whilst steep, the walk to the main beach is not far and the rooftop restaurant is great for a drink
