Both Karen and Bob are friendly host. We arrived in late evening that Karen immediately recommended some restaurants nearby for us to take dinner. Then the next morning, we had a great and delicious breakfast with the sea view. Then when we were going to leave the lovely B&B, we found a flat tyres at our car. Bob was so helpful to fix it so that we could continue our journey. Appreciated their help and hospitality. Freycinet Waters is highly recommended!

Freycinet Waters was one of the most homely places we stayed in in Tasmania! Mrs Rogers welcomed us in so warmly at 8pm and made us feel right at home. The room itself was sparkling clean, the heating was wonderful (complete with a heated drying rack that made the washroom nice and toasty) and in the morning, we had a delectable breakfast cooked by Mr Rogers. We have such a lovely time in Freycinet Waters and we will definitely be back!

This B&B is in a lovely location - we had a room with ocean views. The host Bob was welcoming, informative and nothing was too much trouble. Although the room and bathroom were small, it was spotlessly clean, had coffee and tea making facilities and comfortable for the two of us. An added bonus was the wonderful breakfast with a variety of choices. All freshly made depending on your order. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in recommending this to other travellers.

Freycinet Waters is a lovely B & B in Swansea, from the moment we arrived Bob and Karen made us feel special. Our room was beautiful with a lovely outdoor area to sit looking across the road to the beach. Bob was a master in the kitchen cooking up a beautiful breakfast. We loved everything about Freycinet Waters thank you Karen and Bob you are both perfect hosts and we will definitely recommend your B & B

Freycinet Waters is a lovely B & B situated across the road from the ocean! It is owned and managed by the very friendly Bob and Karen. Our room though small was clean and comfortable with ocean views! A full hot English breakfast is served each morning, with freshly squeezed orange juice, cereals, coffee or tea and toast! We stayed two nights, and had an amazing pizza on the first night, and dinner in the seafood restaurant the second night! Would recommend booking into this delightful B & B well in advance, as they are very popular!

How do you describe the perfect stay Let me try Bob greeted us on Sunday evening at 7 pm after our long flights down from Townsville He kindly left us a shrimp bun, hummus and olives so we didn’t have to worry about food Our apartment was upstairs and had views over the sea .it was stocked for breakfasts and had tea,coffee and other supplies , the bed was amazing we slept well. Bathroom with fluffy towels and a washing machine a gods send when traveling Nothing was too much trouble Bob was the perfect host Thank you and we hope your wife’s health improves

Bob & his wife were fantastic hosts at this lovely central Bed and Breakfast in Swansea. They seem to have thought of every comfort and amenity a traveler requires and made a very cosy private and welcoming room. Bob explained the surrounding area on arrival and treated us to a lovely choice of breakfast options the next morning. Exceptional value for money.
