When I was boarding the flight from Charlotte to Miami on the 08th at 9:30 p.m., to get to sleep with my two children and husband, at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall; call the hotel to inform the approximate time of our arrival; Unfortunately they told me that I did not have any reservation in my name, I gave the reservation number that you sent to my email and it did not exist either... when I insisted they told me that there was no possibility of staying that night because they were full.
