During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly. The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine. For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day). In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!
