Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and excellently maintained. Cleanliness: The indoor areas are spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area, there wasn't a single mosquito. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn. Service: The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with luggage and were especially attentive to our children.

Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

I booked this hotel for my parents' trip to Mount Emei, and they were absolutely thrilled with the experience! The location is convenient, which is a huge plus when arranging travel for parents in their 60s, saving them a lot of energy. The service was exceptional—the staff were attentive, polite, and took great care of them throughout their stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and they really enjoyed the food as well. My parents are highly satisfied with the entire stay. I hope to have the chance to visit with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Chose Hongzhushan Hotel for a weekend getaway and it completely exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel grounds are elegant and clean, with mountains and a lake where mist often hovers, creating a fantastic atmosphere for photos. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local dishes, which was very satisfying. The staff were warm, patient, and very friendly. The in-room hot spring experience was superb; soaking in it during leisure time was wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating. Plus, there were thoughtful extra services available every day, showing great attention to detail and sincerity. Overall, the stay was excellent and offered incredible value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it!

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

This hotel impressed me right from the moment I walked in. The lobby decor is really stylish, not your typical cookie-cutter luxury, and there were fresh flowers in the corners – you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into it. The staff were incredibly friendly too, always greeting you and happily helping with any questions. The breakfast deserves a special mention. There was a great variety, both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. Especially the beef noodles – the broth was so flavorful and the beef was tender. I practically drank half the bowl of soup! The only minor drawback was that the hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a little messy, but that's understandable. I'm definitely planning to come back once the renovations are complete. I wonder if the beef noodles will still be on the menu then!

Overall, it offered good value for money, with both clear strengths and weaknesses. Here's an objective review for your reference! First and foremost, I must highly commend the butler service – truly exceptional and thoughtful! Even before we arrived, our dedicated butler proactively contacted us via WeChat, sending us a comprehensive travel guide for Mount Emei. They also arranged pick-up from the high-speed rail station. Upon arrival, our luggage was directly delivered to our room, making the entire process effortless and incredibly convenient. The service experience far exceeded our expectations – truly attentive and heartwarming. The location is superb! The hotel is diagonally opposite the Emeishan Scenic Area Passenger Transport Center, so you can catch a bus up the mountain right outside. There are also plenty of local specialty restaurants and snacks nearby, making both transportation and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel is a well-established four-star property and even offers intangible cultural heritage craft experiences, which are perfect for families with children. Our child had a wonderful time. The two most satisfying highlights were the hot springs and breakfast! The hotel has its own natural hot springs with excellent water quality and multiple pools. Children can splash and play to their heart's content – a fantastic experience. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich and diverse, clearly meeting the high standards of a large hotel catering to groups. There was a wide variety of options, including authentic local Chengdu snacks like Bobo Chicken and Qiaojiao Beef Noodles, all with genuine flavors. The dining experience was excellent. However, there were also two clear shortcomings that significantly impacted our rest: 1. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, especially the room carpets, which had a strong odor. On the first night, we were given a north-facing room with no sunlight, and the carpet smell was pungent, making it hard to sleep. After extending our stay and moving to a higher-floor king room on the second day, the smell improved. I suggest the hotel urgently replace the old carpets and renovate the hardware facilities. 2. The soundproofing of the windows was poor. Even after moving to a better room, there was a persistent dripping or similar noise from outside the window throughout the night, lasting until past 1 AM. This severely affected our sleep and rest. We had hoped to relax after climbing the mountain, but we didn't get a good night's sleep either night, which was quite disappointing. Overall: The service, location, hot springs, and breakfast were all impeccable, and our child particularly loved the family-friendly activities. However, the aging hardware, carpet odor, and soundproofing issues need urgent optimization. If the hardware can be renovated and upgraded, it would definitely be the top choice for accommodation in Mount Emei! Overall, it's still recommendable, and we look forward to the hotel's future improvements.

Our stay at Wyndham Grand Emei was absolutely perfect for our Emei Mountain vacation. The hotel is situated right by the Emei River, and the water is crystal clear. The courtyard design creates a wonderful atmosphere. Our room was spacious and featured smart controls. It's very close to the Emei Mountain scenic area entrance, making hiking incredibly convenient. The butler service was attentive throughout our stay, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. In our free time, we enjoyed walking and fishing along the river – it’s a quiet and relaxing escape from the city noise. It's a great spot for families and couples, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Emei Mountain.
