Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

I was actually quite nervous before checking in. There were indeed a lot of negative reviews online. But after checking in, I found that it wasn't that outrageous. The ladies and brothers at the front desk were very welcoming during check-in and check-out. The room was also very clean. There was enough hot water and heating. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay. I will bring my parents here next time. Jiuzhaigou is really beautiful.

The room is great, located in Heye Village. It is not easy to find such a homestay hotel in the scenic area, because most of the scenic area is a transformation of ******* houses. This homestay is more modern, and the facilities and accessories are also very tasteful and new. They are no different from the promotional photos. What you see is what you get. In the evening, the housekeeper took us to the top of the mountain to see the stars. I was lucky to see it. Haha. In addition, the chef here cooks very delicious dishes. It is really the best stir-fried food I have had in my more than ten days of travel. Finally, I would like to praise the front desk brother Zewang Danzeng. This should be his ******* name. I don’t remember it clearly. I just call him Fat House Handsome❤️. Very good young man. The other two housekeepers were not there during the two days we went there, leaving only him alone, but the hotel’s affairs were handled in an orderly manner. Very good. Because we didn't know each other, it was a little awkward and shy, but the communication was pleasant and relaxed. It can be seen that this guy is a relatively calm and steady person. Finally, I hope the hotel will do better and better. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Jiuzhaigou, I will choose our hotel again.
