The location is amazing where you can maximise your time to enjoy their hotel and your short weekend escape. The service was extraordinary at the concierge named Aaron Zhou, he even helped me with purchasing the high speed train tickets 

This is a treasure hotel that is very suitable for family and short-term stays. It is located near Exit H of the Sea World subway station. It is very convenient for eating and walking with children. There are too many choices. There is a 24-hour convenience store at the entrance of the hotel. The room is very new and large, better than the official photos. There are washing machines, dryers, and complete supplies, even dishwashing blocks, laundry detergent, and detergent are all equipped. The decoration is modern, stylish, simple and atmospheric. The two-bedroom type also has gas, and the kitchen utensils are relatively complete. We also cooked twice, and living in it feels like home. There is a children's playground where you can take your children to discharge every day. The breakfast is neither good nor bad, but it is convenient. There are also many old tea restaurants nearby to choose from. The hotel service is very good overall. Location was great with varieties of food below hotel and near to the airport. Hotel provide complimentary breakfast and shuttle to the airport which is a plus point! :)

im the family from HK. even the price is not cheap, but reasonable. very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful. the room is very clean with everything good support. the room is clean, no odd smell, everything is tidy even the floor is very very clean. the swimming pool is the very icon of this hotel. Loving it. you must come and swim, the view is great and the water is very clean. very recommended super five stars hotel. thanks Hotel giving me a memorable experience, hope will come again.

good location, 15-25mins walk to different malls. room is spacious and clean, pillow is extremely comfortable, temperature is just fit. only one picky thing is that it’s not really sound proof, you may hear the door closing outside in the morning

Hotel is at convenient location, easy to get an uber / didi, close to some popular malls in shenzhen. Hotel room is clean ans spacious, with bedroom, living room, dining area and open kitchen, there’s even washing machine, stove and microwave, very good value of price. Robort available to deliver meituan order. However, one thing i was not quite satisfied was the air conditioning. On one hand i could not control setting warm or cold air, as they centralized the function, the air conditioning smelt bad.

This was the perfect place to start our holiday! The staff are amazing, thoughtful and always ready to help. The food service was quick and delicious, delivered straight to our door. What a great introduction to Shenzhen. I cannot wait to visit again! Thank you so much for all your help and love for me and my son. Then I would also like to thank JC for the beautiful photos. I’ve seen Honey Paradise Blue and White Island reviewed here and I always said I would treat myself. Too cold for Sapphire Beach, I selected L301, with a lovely view—bathtub & all of my pre-requisites. What I didn’t expect was just how much more care and excellence would be a part of my experience. Yummy Chinese breakfast, tea time with fruit, and pear tea before bed. I slept so soundly. Outside food delivery can come straight to your door as well. Clear and proactive WeChat communicated explanations will keep you relaxed and pampered. JC did an excellent job with my photos. Xiaoli helped with bags, translations, check in & check out. Xiaotang fixed wifi and serves with kind attentiveness. Fantastic Staff. Five star staff and accommodations. Every desire is considered and prepared for luxuriously. Hey Spa and Hey Zen down the street made this a fantastic night and day.

The location was very convenient because it is just right above the shopping mall (kk time) ( same building) you will can find the entrance next to Starbuck shop, just look at the wall with numbers “88 “ on it. The room is big enough and have all facilities that must to have, such as washing machine, kitchen, big screen for movies time in the living room. The air conditioner is working very well. The check in process is fast and convenient. Don’t worry about the food because so many restaurants nearby ( inside the shopping mall and outside areas also a lot of restaurants)
