It is shame and surprising, we stayed a many Ritz Carlton in the world and never seen one need to charge swimming feeššš. For birthday trip, it is the worst arrangements among all other Ritz Carlton, no bday card message, no simple room decor etc. Do not recommend this Ritz among all Ritz hotels . Concierge service is good.

AAnonymous UserThere is an unbeatable sea view, the independent house is very large, and you can hear the sound of the waves while sleeping.
The room supplies are very thoughtful, there are very useful combs, and the slippers are changed every day.
There are 2 wash basins in the bathroom and 1 wash basin in the kitchen, which is very convenient.
Except the futon is in the loft room, you have to bend down to get in, and there are limited charging spots.
The bathroom may be damp and you may see 2-3 bugs in 2 nights.
Overall it was a very good experience and I would choose to stay again if there is a chance.

AAnonymous UserIt's a resort-style hotel. It feels very comfortable. The room is large enough, the view is open, and it has a balcony. The balcony is also equipped with a sofa and mosquito killer lamp. The bathroom has a massage pool big enough for two people.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very large, the hot spring is on the 2nd floor, there is an open-air pool and indoor pool, and the bath is very large. The hotel is right by the sea, the window of the room is facing the sea, the view is first-class, you can go to the beach for a walk and swim. The hotel's pool is only open every afternoon, we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm, and checked out at 10 pm the next day, so we were not able to go swimming in the pool. Breakfast and dinner are very rich! We have two children (3 and 8 years old), 3 years free, 8 years old will pay 8,000 yen (including breakfast and dinner and accommodation). There is no water in the room, but a pot of ice water is prepared. There is no bathtub in the room, so you must go to the big bath. The hotel has a washing machine and a dryer, 200 yen per time.
