FFlo PalattaoOur third stay in Seda Manila Bay and compared to our first two stays, this time room is so-so. We got free early checkin but they put us in a connecting room and the shower glass door is almost broken. screw wasnt attached to the wall so we kept the door open entire time we showered coz we were scared it will fall on us. The bath towels are kinda rough which wasnt like this on our first two stays like 1&2 years ago. Feels like the hotel had become older now. But facilities like pool, breakfast and the service are all great.
We had early check out too and we got lost in the parking lot finding our way out coz all exits were barricaded except for one that we didnt see since the signages pointed us to different route. We thought we were trapped in the creepy parking 😅 you need better signs.
Location is perfect. Right next to a shopping mall. More shopping malls nearby, restaurants and casinos.

Ppaul l TBooked for a 3 night stay here as it was located close to the airport. 15 mins by taxi. All staff so wonderfully polite, Steam room swimming pools are gorgeous (i only booked for the hotel as it had a sauna).
My initial idea was to find somewhere where i could help deal with the jet lag, relax, etc. Wow. It certainly helped. The pools are so clean well cared for. 1 of the pool life gaurds staff (Alex)helped my lady improve her swimming, he offered, that in my books is so very respectful, thankyou Alex. We are extremely fussy where and how we travel, even the sweet young lady crisha who was the towel, changing area controller was such a pleasure to talk with 1st thing every morning we visited, always a huge smile, polite, couldnt be more helpful. We had some lovely talks.
We will return 100%. My lady and myself can not wish Alex and Crisha enough appreciation. Maybe the surest reason for our looking forward to return.

IIvyLee999I had a great time during my stay at Sapphire Seaview. I booked a one bedroom suite with a nice sea view. The room is clean, spacious and well furnished. Everything you will need on a short stay are readily available inside the suite. I would like to commend the staff named Che An. She is highly skilled when it comes to receiving guest. All the hotel staff are accommodating and hospitable. This hotel/residences is located right across the Okada Resorts and Casino and shopping malls nearby.
Actually, i am staying there again soon.

GGuest UserWe stayed overnight in this hotel. The room was spacious and had a large smart television. It smells fresh, generally clean and well-lighted. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are too soft for my preference. The check in and check out process was seamless. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast had a fewer choices, and some of the drinks and food hadn’t been refilled and I had been made to wait for little under 30 minutes with some other guest because of limited seating capacity of the cafe and I think the hotel at that time was fully booked. We also had a problem with the air-conditioning as it wasn’t cooling well but it was address immediately by their maintenance staff.

GGuest UserThe location was quite good as there was a mall directly opposite the street, the biggest downfall is the lack of internet service along the shore and as we couldn't reach the owner straight away or staff for 2 days it was hard to book food and vehicles, once we got the wifi it improved our stay.
The pool was good but the large one turned green for a while.
Put your garbage outside your door at certain hours.
I would stay again knowing now what is required to stay at an airbnb so even though there were a few hiccups, the place gets a thumbs up.

GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
