Hello to everyone 👋 I have been visiting Istanbul several times and I have been in many different hotels and apartments but this time I was in Wanda vista Istanbul hotel and I and my partner didn’t want to leave the place. I’m speechless!!! Can’t find a word to describe how good the room and the staff members was room very clean and tidy and great looking the staff very friendly and polite and helpful  Everything was top of the range  Seriously I never leave any comments or likes on social media or anything else got dealing with the reviews or anything like that but this time I felt it’s so unfair if I don’t… My partner she’s very fussy and she’s the type of a lady won’t settle less than what she deserves and she’s got very expensive taste 😖 when I found the hotel she wasn’t happy and argued with me why I book this hotel simply because the price wasn’t as expensive as other hotel we use to got but since we got there till the last minute we checked out she was loving every single second we spent in the room and she was saying from now on this is the one and only one place she would love to stay anytime we will come to Istanbul again Thank you ever so much for the lovely and warm welcoming hospitality and very great full for the perfect service.🙏🙏

If there would be a Champions League for hotels, Rixos Tersane would win it. The nature of my media profession necessitates many hotel stays in many countries. Usually I cannot wait to go home. This time everything was different. Welcome? I felt as a family member, not paying guest. Design? Beautiful. Rooms? Perfect size, waterfront views, very comfortable beds, seating area, desk to work on, well above average storage space, and then the bathroom... history in the building, on the walls, there are books to read or consult about city and country. Food and beverage? Best I had in years at a hotel, from breakfast to dinner. Breakfast in particular is out of a stylish Hollywood movie. If a convention or conference is coming up - book it here. 2000 happy delegates? Easy :-) But there was something else, too: the team, their staff. How a hotel is managed reflects in staff attitude. According to my opinion and I spoke with many, this hotel must have the best possible management anywhere in the world. Thank you!

The following is a review of the hotel stay experience: 1. Hotel location and transportation The location of this hotel is very advantageous. It is located in the core area of ​​the city and the surrounding transportation is extremely convenient. Whether you take public transportation or take a taxi, you can easily get there. There are also many popular attractions and shopping centers nearby, which are very convenient for travel and shopping. 2. Hotel facilities 1. Guest rooms: The rooms are spacious and bright, with a simple and stylish decoration style, giving people a comfortable and warm feeling. The beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality. The facilities in the room are complete, including HD TV, free wireless network, mini bar, etc., to meet various daily needs. 2. Bathroom: Clean and tidy, equipped with high-quality toiletries. The water flow in the shower room is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, allowing people to relax while bathing. 3. Public areas: The hotel lobby is luxuriously decorated with a comfortable lounge area. The elevator runs smoothly and quickly, reducing waiting time. In addition, the hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool, providing guests with a wealth of leisure and entertainment options. 3. Hotel services 1. Front desk service: The staff is warm and friendly, and the check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and fast. When checking in, the front desk will also introduce the hotel's facilities and services in detail, making people feel meticulous care. 2. Room service: fast response and thoughtful service. When there is a need, the staff will rush to the room in time to solve the problem for the guests. The room is also very clean, and it will be cleaned on time every day to keep the room tidy. 3. Catering service: The hotel's restaurant offers a variety of food with pure taste and high quality. The breakfast is rich in variety and balanced in nutrition, providing sufficient energy for a day's activities.

The hotel staff were kind and courteous from the get-go. We were delighted to receive an upgrade and were impressed by the size of the room. All facilities within the room were kept in excellent order. However, some attention to cleanliness was lapsing. We found dirty handprints on the TV and walls. This, however, was rectified with housekeeping. Breakfast was included in our package but the range and quality of food was not very good. At one point, during our stay, there was nowhere to sit, and our plates were cleared away before we had finished our food. The location is about 30 mins away from the main tourist sites, but the Mall of Istanbul is a 15-minute car journey away. This is a great mall for shopping, entertainment, and getting something to eat. There is also an outlet mall 10 mins walk away that has a supermarket, fast food restaurants and a few branded shops. Overall, I was pretty pleased with the hotel and would stay again.

Location is not very convenient. Room service food is average at best. Several times the bed sheets and cover was still wet when they replaced them. Room is very small. Rooftop bar plays good music. Breakfast is the same everyday. The best experience we had with this hotel was the doorman. Overall experience was below average.

Being a vegetarian I was a bit sceptical abt getting good food in Istanbul. But chef Oguz and Emraan Erkon as well as chef Serkan made sure I tasted delicious Turkish vegetarian meals as well as delights which was so lovingly served by their team Selcuk, Bekay, Umat and Aleena . Super super kitchen team backed by happy motivated servers and supervisors. Cansin from front office team also was very helpful. The hotel is so close to taksim square and all tram, metro and boat stations for tourist attraction spots . Elegant hotel with super comfortable rooms and a great home away from home !!! Nice concierge who guides you well abt various tourist attractions.

Sometimes it takes one interaction to ruin something and well my experience at this hotel took same turn. I had booked a corner room facing the Bosphorus through American Express. When I arrived, I asked for a room with two twin beds and the receptionist very rudely said he was certain my booking came through Expedia and that he was certain Expedia explains those rooms don’t have twin bed options and “it is your responsibility to pay attention!” I explained to him that American Express might book through Expedia but regardless the American Express booking page did not say king beds were the only option. He kept insisting that I booked through Expedia and the only option I had was to go with a room facing the city or pay extra for an upgrade. Even though I payed for the more expensive view, I ended up with the view facing the city. I later checked with booking.com and as a matter of fact they do offer corner room with twin beds facing the Bosphorus! You know so many times you check in hotels and out of curtesy they offer you an upgrade when a mistake is made but not here! The guy had to prove he was right and was very rude about it!

I chose this hotel because I wanted to have a bath in a room. But it wasn't worth it. The location is bad. There is nothing really around. Don't expect to have a view. The room was old and cold. The bathtub was very small. The paint on the walls took off years ago. So I couldn't really relax as I imagined. I think, the hotel wasn't renewed for years.. The breakfast was not worth 500 liras. Even though it's a 5 star hotel, there was almost no one who could speak English. I would not recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this stunning, elegant, and beautiful hotel for six nights and had an amazing experience. The facilities are top-notch and perfect, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to tourist attractions and the vibrant Karakoy area in Istanbul. It's within walking distance to almost everywhere, making it ideal for exploring the city. The atmosphere is perfect for both first-time and frequent guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. The staff are all warm and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Dila Yilmaz, the Guest Relations Officer, who recommended fantastic places to eat and visit, enhancing our overall experience. I also want to thank the reception/front desk staff who took great care of us throughout our stay. I will definitely come back here in the future. Highly recommended!

Finally, the family decided to visit Istanbul and do some shopping. It has been a long time since the last visit before the COVID-19 traveling band. To be close to the traditional shopping area, I selected Holiday Inn Sisli Hotel and I booked two rooms. I remember 4 or 5 years back, it was a great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Also the rooms are very neat and clean. Surprisingly, the check-in welcoming was exceptional, not because my IHG membership only, but as expected, the staff are very friendly. Exceptional, Mr. Yunus Emre Özek, who is in charge of The Guest Relations was distinguished in his welcoming, smiling, friendly assistance and help for my wife at the time and my daughter at the second time when she arrived. Mr. Yunus extended his assistance and help every morning when the family saw him on the way to the restaurant for breakfast. He even gave me sweet words over the phone, which I will keep in mind forever by saying your family is my family and just restassured Yunus is here to help them. A part of that as I said, the hotel location is great, and the rooms and path rooms are net and clean. The room sleeping quality is excellent despite the busy all-day street outside. The family is feeling very safe in this hotel as well. The overall stay is awesome, and 10 out of 10, despite the price tendency, is toward the high end. Regards
