GGuest UserThis place is conveniently located close to the airport with all facilities, which was great. The pool water was warm, perfect for swimming with kids. There's also a water dispenser and unlimited bottled water available on the first floor.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is very comfortable. The suite was excellent, and the lighting was warm. The location is superb, about a ten-minute walk from both the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and the Magnificent Mile. Staying during a discount period made it a really great deal!

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

JJourney Miles Away 4We stayed in this modern hotel from Wednesday May, 22nd-Sunday May, 26th. The only problem that we ran into was the front desk charged us for the stay as well as Trip.com. However, the staff members worked to get everything rectified in a timely manner. Also, it’s important to note that housekeeping does not frequently come to clean the rooms or replenish towels and cloths. If you need them and request them, they are available but just don’t expect a daily visit!

LLaodou3The hotel's 15th-floor reception hall is super tall and large, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is skin-friendly, soft and comfortable, and from the window you can overlook the five iron bridges across the Chicago River and the buildings on both sides that are full of stories, and get a glimpse of the majesty of this century-old industrial city... The only drawback is that the water output of the shower is too small!

GGuest UserHad a very great stay. Just around 3am there was a lady there said she's from New Orleans but that's besides the point. We had gotten locked out of the hotel and was trying to open the door with the key card so we could go upstairs to get to our room. I ended up calling the front desk from the phone on the outside of the hotel doors and she answered very rude and said ”What the f do yu want” I immediately hung up and once she opens the door I told her I have a room here and could not get inside so there was no need to be rude and asked if she was okay. She then called the police on me and my mother and made my mother get a hotel room at another hotel. Very very unprofessional. Then her son works there and she ended up telling her son what happened and as I was leaving the hotel on the morning he came up to me and asked me what my problem was with his mother. I ignored him because I am one girl an I'm very small and he is a very husky men and like 6ft. What the heck am I gonna do if I'm 5'0 getting beat up by this man or something. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL

GGuest UserRelatively good location, within 10-15 minutes walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Safe at night, about 10 minutes walk to red line. Service from staff were friendly, felt welcomed. Property rooms are dated, old carpet, stains on walls and dirt on bathroom floor. Bed and pillows were comfortable. For the price I paid, I find it was a reasonable option for an overnight stay at Chicago.

GGuest UserMy family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Service: 4/5 The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work. Rooms: 3/5 Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay. Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.
