Upon check-in, the hotel allows you to sit down rather than stand and wait, and thoughtfully provides a freshly prepared cocktail. 2. As the hotel features a dispersed room layout, after check-in, the front desk staff will personally escort you to your room, kindly helping you with your luggage along the way. 3. Umbrellas are readily available at every staircase, elevator, under the eaves, and at restaurant entrances, ensuring you're prepared for any rain. 4. The gym not only provides towels, water, and air conditioning, but also thoughtfully offers small bananas for an energy boost whenever you need it. 5. Even regular service staff can communicate with you in fluent English, and housekeeping staff will proactively and warmly greet you whenever they see you. 6. Every day upon returning, the room is impeccably clean and tidy, creating an incredibly comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The infinity pool seamlessly connects with the endless beach. I saw many guests lounging there all day. The overall layout, landscape, and the quality of the rooms at the hotel also provide an indescribable sense of comfort. If there's one regret, it's that the entire hotel is a bit on the small side, as stepping outside the hotel feels like entering a completely different world.

Standard twin room for a few hundred Hong Kong dollars a night. Perfect for a vacation, the hotel has a pool and a private beach. Excellent value for money. The hotel offers free shuttle services to nearby northern attractions like Safari Zoo, Grand World, and VinWonders. There are also shuttles to and from the airport and Duong Dong town, which is very convenient. The Corona Casino is right next to the hotel.

On the way from Phu Quoc customs and airport to the hotel, my expectations dropped by 90%. I never imagined the resort would be a completely different world. The vast and open lobby, marble floors, and the lighthouse bar filled with various liquor bottles made me completely forget the dilapidated journey. The hotel's overall service was also excellent; staff were generally available on demand, and communication in English was not an issue. The hotel's spa service is highly recommended. Although it's quite a bit more expensive than other spas on the island, the massage was incredibly comfortable. The resort's breakfast had a wide variety of options and was well worth it. However, lunch and dinner were relatively average in terms of value for money. The resort pool is large, but be sure to protect yourself from the sun. Finally, the water pressure in the room was stable, the water temperature responded quickly and intuitively, and it featured a waterfall showerhead – truly befitting a five-star hotel. It would be even more perfect if standard rooms also had a bathtub.

Unfortunately, the reception was very bad and uncooperative. Luggage delivery was self-service, and there was a complete lack of respect for guests. It felt as if I was staying for free, given the poor treatment from the receptionist. They showed no appreciation, respect, or understanding of the effort and exhaustion I was experiencing. Regrettably, everything else about the hotel was excellent, but the staff were uncooperative.

Pros: - Well-equipped facilities and a spacious environment with a comfortable garden. - Delicious and varied breakfast, I particularly loved the hu tieu (noodle soup). - Spacious room with a mini-kitchen, a balcony, and convenient drying racks. Disposable amenities are available upon request, as the resort stores them to protect the environment. Areas for improvement: - The Sonasea area isn't very large. It would be better if the resort upgraded its buggy service for all guests, making it easier to go out for meals, entertainment, and shopping nearby, as everything is within about 1km. The shuttle bus schedule to the airport is also quite limited. - The large swimming pool and private beach are great, but there are too few activities. Swim floats and bicycles have to be rented hourly. It would be better if these were included in the room rate and free for guests, as many other 5-star resorts do this. The pool also lacks a slide for children, which is a shame given its size. - There are very few activities for children. The kids' club is tiny and only has toys for babies. It also closes early at 6 PM, so kids can't play in the evening. There aren't many activities within the kids' club either. - The bar only opens at 5 PM. I wanted to go up earlier to take pictures, but couldn't. The sky bar is beautiful but locked.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Resort Phu Quoc! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning scenery. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The swimming pools and beach were lovely, and the resort has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it perfect for a getaway. We also enjoyed the food and the overall service throughout our stay. The location is great for enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Phu Quoc while still having everything you need at the resort. A special thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely love to come back to Mövenpick Resort Phu Quoc! 🌴🌊❤️

Before my trip, I did extensive research and looked at countless hotels, including Marriott and Regent (which are good, of course). Many people commented that Vietnam has a lot of mosquitoes and poor hygiene, and that many hotels discriminate against or are unfriendly towards Chinese tourists. This made me quite uneasy. Among the many hotels, I prioritized cleanliness, hygiene, and warm, attentive service. I ultimately chose Anantara, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations – it's fantastic! It's clean, hygienic, and the staff are almost always smiling and provide enthusiastic service. As one guest review I saw put it, 'All the friendly people are at this hotel.' 😊 My child and I had a very comfortable stay. Although there aren't many entertainment facilities, it's quiet, and my child had a wonderful time in the private pool. I gave it a full five-star rating. Chinese travelers can choose this hotel with confidence! 👍 The hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearby night market and free airport pick-up (though it's a shared shuttle with other guests). For your itinerary, the best option while staying here is to book a boat trip. The hotel is centrally located, about a ten-minute drive from the airport. Everything was excellent. There were difficulties with settlement, after booking and when I contacted the placement facility it took an hour when I was answered. I lived in a room like this before, there was cleaner. In the room one TV instead of three. And the glass was broken at the entrance, also lacked the glass in the shower, the owner suggested it to be installed when we were there.

Great hotel, the front desk sister Chinese is great, the pool is great, breakfast and rich. Recommended
