nice hotel, in a good position if you have a car. good service, nice staff. I didn't use their breakfast. Only negative points, I find restaurant closed without notice.

Service was good. But in the future need to install Ev charging point

Does what it says on the tin .... Bit scruffy worn in places but price reflects that so all in all not a bad room for the money

Upon check in the problems began, at first the receptionist said they could not find my booking. Upon making phone calls she then found it in their system höher it had been cancelled for some unknown reason and was then quizzed if I had cancelled it, which I found to be a silly question being as I was standing waiting to check in. Was then asked ti sit and wait while some more calls etc where made. Was told they had sorted a room but would need to pay for it as they could not see I had paid. I explained I had booked and paid for the room through *********** and even showed the receipt and my booking confirmation sent to me directly by the hotel. This didn’t seem to be good enough for this individual who then quizzed me if the money had come out of my bank account and asked me to check, I found this particularly rude and inappropriate. Was eventually given my room key and headed up. Upon walking in I was highly disappointed the room lights where bright white lights and very harsh for a room to relax and rest in, the telephone and hair dryer I believe where white once upon a time but had now stained a yellowish brown colour. However the absolute worse thing was upon going in the bathroom on the ceiling was black mould! This is completely unacceptable in any room that is meant to be fit for human habitation let alone a hotel room. Over all the experience was very much the worse of any hotel or paid accommodation I have stayed in and will advise anyone to avoid this hotel at all costs!

Definitely a economical for field trip travellers and right on track of top the sustainable goals. Check-in, rest, housekeeping and other facilities outside the room went smoothly staying comfortably, had a superb breakfast adequate period of "brunch on weekends. so appreciation goes to Concierge.

Stayed at the hotel on and off for a long time the staff there are very… helpful on your day to day needs no job too small many thanks …..

After checking in they put us in a room which wasn’t vacant and somebody was staying in after going back to reception and finally getting a vacant room, the stay was fine and the Room was clean
