We stopped here to relax with my family and a child, the air temperature in the room was like outside. The receptionist gave a heater. but the room does not heat up even after 4 hours.No one will change the room, how to sleep here with a child is not clear

Hello, in response to your service request:
It would be nice if the information at the hotel also included the English language. It was difficult to understand what services were offered. Preferably better English among the staff. No one greeted you when you entered or left the hotel, could have been more welcoming. The breakfast was very nice and offered a lot. No change of towels during several days and we got no cleaning the second day at all, could have been better.
Balcony with others. High seeling.
The beds was hard, not comfortable.

We arrived and got a lovely apartment. We asked if we had to book a table in the restaurant but was told no, we didn’t have to do that.
We we came to the restaurant it was booked for a wedding but we could use the cafe - we looked at the cafe (in the basement) and we would have been very overdressed. We then got a cab and went into town.
Don’t know why the lady at the reception didn’t mention this when we came.
When we come back in the evening, someone was drumming- maybe practicing- but it was annoying.
Next mornings breakfast was great. A lot of different food.
The staff spoke polish and German. Some spoke a little bit of English but not many.
But all in all - beautiful hotel and spa and would like to co e back another time.

We had yet another great stay in this hotel. Location is very convenient and staff is friendly. We will surely book again. What may be important to mention for those considering a stay is that parking on site is not guaranteed (first come, first served) and - at least currently - breakfast times are sorted by room number / floor, so we had quite an early breakfast slot.

Room fine, wifi was ok after complain. Only handsoap in bathroom. A heavy smooker in the netx room, imposible to have open windows, so no use of terrace

Hotel to tak naprawdę kompleks trzech budynków, zabytkowego, nowowybudowanej rezydencji i 5-piętrowego apartamentowca. Pokój w apartamentowcu przyjemny, czysty, mankamentem była bardzo głośna lodówka. Śniadania urozmaicone, smaczne. Na recepcji przydałaby się dodatkowa osoba, gdyż tworzą się kolejki. Obsługa miła, pani na recepcji za niską, dodatkową opłatą zaproponowała nam przechowanie rowerów w garażu pod apartamentowcem. Lokalizacja jest dobra, do plaży 10 minut spacerem.
