We are family of 4 staying for 3 nights. The location is superb & so much convenience. Can easily get light rail tram & all shopping and amenities just surround the hotel. Buffet may not the best but reasonable for the price. Customer service is friendly and approachable at anytime. The only downside is one of the lift is under servicing and only left 2 lift to service all room to 25th floor. Every morning we have to wait at least 15 mins to get in the lift. That’s quite inconvenience and wasting time especially if after breakfast you need to go back room & head out again. Overall still good experience and definitely will be back again.

I’d definitely recommend it for families. It’s very convenient for almost every attraction in the city centre, and the hospitality is excellent and wonderfully warm.

The hotel's location is fantastic! Turn right out of the hotel and walk 100 meters to Queen Victoria Building, or turn left and you'll reach Sydney Tower in just one minute. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient with pedestrian streets, shopping districts, and restaurants galore. Darling Harbour is a mere 7-minute walk away. Sydney University and the Fish Market are also not far, and there's a taxi stand right outside the hotel, making it super easy to catch a cab. The hotel's restaurant is quite good, and the manager, EVA, provided excellent service and recommended two delicious wines! 👍

This place is such amazing. With a very good location, only 100 m to QVB and shopping around. Also close the QVB for tram transportation and also can walk to a lot of places such as hyde park, st mary cathydal, art galleries of NSW, royal botanic garden and also sydney opera house and harbour bridge. The room is big enough for 4 people, you’ll get the sofa bed. But also enough for open the luggage. The bathroom is big and good.

Facilities: We were given a high-floor corner room, which was generally comfortable and spacious. However, the bathroom had a noticeable disparity compared to hotels in China. Service: Arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, and check-in was smooth. A staff member on the first floor proactively helped with our luggage. Location: I also stayed at the Four Seasons in Sydney, but compared to Circular Quay, this location in the CBD is much more convenient for getting around, shopping, and transportation. Both the light rail and subway are very close by.

The hotel location is great, right in the city center, and QVB and the main street are just outside the door. However, it might be a bit too busy, and the surrounding area is a bit chaotic with many homeless people in Sydney. Also, I specifically booked a premier king room, but the front desk gave me an accessible room where the bed was right next to the door. It wasn't very comfortable. I checked in too late that day to bother with changing rooms. The cleanliness was decent, but next time, for the same price, I might consider other hotels.

I was hesitant to book this hotel after reading some reviews, but I really couldn't find a suitable twin room elsewhere. I was very pleased with my stay! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Westfield and Queen's Building, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the train and bus stations. The cleaning was spotless every day, though you do need to ask the front desk for toothbrushes. The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet. The only minor inconvenience was the elevator being upgraded, so sometimes there was a bit of a wait to go down, but other than that, everything was perfect.
