The location of this hotel is excellent and you may walk to a lot of tourists’ spots from this hotel and you may save on your travel. The hotel is clean and newly renovated.

Service was disappointing, we stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The first day, we got an issue with using the safe, called reception a few times, and nobody answered the calls, we had to go down the reception and ask their staff for help. The second day, we went back to the hotel around 5pm and found that the room hadn't been cleaned, called the reception again and again. Nobody picked up the phone, eventually we met the cleaner at eh corridor and asked her to do housekeeping. Overall, the location is great, walking distance to main attractions and near light rail stations and Wynard train station. The Japanese restaurant next door services tasty ramen and bento with reasonable prices.

Very good location and good service. One biggest drawback the washbasin is next to the bed in most of the rooms. Hence if someone has issue with smell, it can be a problem.

Nice hotel. Well located and walking distance from the iconic spots in Sydney. Staff is very helpful and friendly. On arrival day I just found the bathroom to be relatively unclean (see pictures). The carpet in the rooms would deserve a refresh.

The twin room is clean and queen bed. The air condition work well. The room is not sound proof.

Great location near Circular Quay, so great access to anywhere the ferry system or the tram goes. Very nice rooms, and a tremendously friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Sydney.

Fast check in and check out. Very near metro station and walking distance to all sightseeing places. Close to airport too.

The WiFi in my first room didn’t work. I was assigned to another room promptly. The night before l checked out, I planned to put some food in fridge to keep it cool. I found some leftover pasta, an opened canned drink and a pack of opened chocolate. I quickly closed the fridge. Since that was my last stay there, just did not want to change to another room 🙄

The twin double beds are spacious enough. Excellent location and it’s clean well maintained room. The room wasnt equipped with enough amenities such as shower cap etc. No laundry service. Overall we really loved and enjoyed out staying!

Very friendly staff and good service. The location is great! Will consider to stay here next time!

Was a good location in the CBD and close enough to walk most places around easy to get too from airport as well.
