Business and family travel.
We live in Western Sydney and decided on a night out in the city with some family. My partner works in the city, so convenient hotel location to the office and all other major shops and restaurants. Basically everything at your doorstep. Our room was ready by 12pm so my daughter and I were able to check in which was handy so I could drop off our bags. First time ever for us to have a complimentary mini bar stocked with drinks we like so we took full advantage of that! That's was a lovely surprise, thank you Grace Hotel! We booked a room with 2 double beds so we could push them together so we had a big bed to share with the little one sleeping in between us. Just easier than using a cot. I'd say she's more comfortable.
If we stayed longer we would've made use of the robes, the slippers and the dining.
Not our first time staying at the Grace and definitely won't be our last. Thank you again for the hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel!! 👌 ⭐️👌⭐️👌

Nice Co temporary hotel lo by with a dark Gothic twist. But the room upstairs are surprisingly modern and decent in size. Nice location too.

We stayed at the Grace Hotel for three nights over the Easter long weekend. My husband and I had a spacious room with a king size bed. Our daughter and her husband as well as their three children stayed at the Grace Hotel also. Their rooms were also very well equipped. The children had a room with two double beds and my daughter and her husband had a king room the same as us.
All rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was very well looked after. The hotel dates from about 1920 and is in exceptional condition. We really liked staying there and we would go back again. Also, the staff were very good.
The children swam in the roof top pool. There was a gym as well as a sauna if you so desired.

Amazing hotel. Very heritage but the room has all the modern comforts. Check in staff are friendly and polite. The location is good with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Queen Victoria Building and the Darling Harbour is just a 5 minutes walk away. Will definitely come back again on my next visit.

Absolutely horrible experience. The housekeeping donkey opened the room door without notice with his master key 1 hr before checkout! He saw my teenager children getting dressed! Disgusting and arrogant.
Never again.
