Very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk to Darling Harbour, and easy access to the Opera House. The bed is large, suitable for families with children. The front desk staff are very welcoming. There's no laundry room, so you have to hand wash clothes.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast was excellent. Our family of three stayed for 3 nights, and it was very close to Chinatown and Darling Harbour, perfect for a city walk. A successful blind booking!

Very good locations, close to darling harbor and within walking distances to tram stations, popular tourist spots! Breakfast services and foods are good , they even have fresh made coffee, worth to add on package while stayed!

It’s in a good location at Darling Harbour. It’s very accessible to both harbour area and central business district, but at the same time it is situated along a relatively quiet street. The train station is 5-10 minutes away. Our room was spacious and there’s a water station per floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative comment is that room cleaning can take some time. Once I left my room at 8am and returned at 2pm, hoping to get some rest, only to find out that room cleaning had just started. I had to wait in the hotel lobby to give more time for the service to finish.

The room is outstanding and large, we got two queen beds, perfect for families. Bathroom is large but the shower hot water is not consistent during use, occasionally cools while in use. We had breakfast and they offer a really good spread of options.

I extended one night and was given another booking confirmation number. I had to go to front desk to get access card validated. I can't understand why they can't do one time. It was inconvenient. Room was facing residential and offices, couldn't draw the curtains. No bottled water and only common water dispenser. Breakfast was open concept and I could feel the food smell in room.

Four elderly ladies in their seventies, on their first solo trip to Australia, booked various day tours. The drivers were able to pick them up and drop them off directly at the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good. However, as a preferred hotel for Chinese guests, it was quite challenging for the ladies that not a single staff member spoke Chinese.

We had a 8 nights pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient. Overall, a great experience The conditioner looks wrong, as same as shampoo, give us very dry fluffy hairs. The breakfast is cold & hot, even now we live in Pan pacific Melbourne , the breakfast is not better than Parkroyal. We are very appreciate the coffee service, gave us a hearty treat, thanks
