We stayed for 7 days.
The room is spacious enough for a family of 3.
The location is very near to tram station, as well as near to Harbour Square.
Will definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to our family and friends as well.
We definitely had a great time.

We had a great stay in the hotel for a week. We loved the breakfast which was delicious and lots of choices. The location is so good and the staff were so friendly and polite and helpful. From the receiption to the housekeepers, the staff always smiled and said Hello to make us felt very welcome.
We would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Sydney😀💯

The hotel was acceptable, but the view was not as advertised. We booked a room with a Darling Harbour view and paid extra for it, but nobody mentioned that there was construction happening directly in front of our balcony. If you want a room with a view, I do not recommend this hotel.

Lively hotel close to the amenities of Sydney darling harbour. Friendly and helpful staff, who met several of our requests with prompt service. Food is varied and good, lots to chose from at breakfast. Downside is cleanliness or rooms and noise - the rooms need a renovation to bring them up to modern standards.

The location is convenient, close to light tram. But the hotel is old and not clean at all, lots of dust on the table that is not clean. Check-in experience is not great. Long queue with only 4 counters working, same as for the queue for breakfast, luckily I didn’t pay for that. Services is so-so not friendly at all, especially to Asian. I won’t recommend this one

Thank you to all the people working at the Novotel Darling Harbour. First time I've stayed at your Hotel and have to say it was a most enjoyable experience and would definitely come again. You should all be proud of the way you all behave towards guests and a special mention to James who was helped a lot. Cheers to everybody and hope to see you again
