Meriton Suites Sussex Street, Sydney

Room: relatively clean and new, but the bathroom lock was broken after check-in. The kitchen supplies are relatively complete and suitable for family use. Location: Very close to Darling Harbor, just across the bridge. Not far from QVB, just a few minutes walk. In comparison, the Kent Street store is more lively and the transportation is more convenient. Service: When I checked in, the hotel swimming pool was unavailable and I was not informed of this in advance. I was very dissatisfied and no compensation measures were given. Even late check-out was refused. I could only check out at ten o'clock in the morning. The attitude of the lady who checked in at the front desk was also very cold. Picture 1 is taken from the room in the direction of Darling Harbor. Pictures 2 and 3 are on the way to Darling Harbor while walking. The facilities inside the room were not taken. The facilities are consistent with the photos on the website.

Very good👍The ladies at the front desk are very nice. They answer whatever you ask. Even though I have poor English, I can still communicate. It’s very convenient to cook. The hotel is also very clean. Thank you🙏. I plan to clean myself when I leave.
