Great location and overall an amazing stay, but soundproofing could be much better. Take note that there are rooms without the balcony , which I should have asked prior checking in. The hotel is in a fantastic location — very convenient and accessible, which made exploring the area super easy. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However the housekeeping service, the blanket’s sheets were removed by us but she just left on the floor instead of cleaning it up and the vanity kit was not restored. (I’m not entirely sure how is housekeeping like in AUS, but it’s not the best) That said, the walls are extremely thin, and noise was a consistent issue throughout. You can hear people talking and walking in the hallway, the housekeeping trolley rolling by, and even the closing of nearby doors, which is surprisingly loud and jarring. The other rooms are very close to each other, so you can even hear the other rooms alarm(which kept snoozing 3 times from 7am) the doors do not have a soft close to when it closes it keeps banging— it gets disruptive. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be something to keep in mind. But if you’re okay with a bit of background noise, the hotel still offers great value in a prime location. REMEMBER to ask if there’s any renovation works happening prior to booking (we had ours on the last day and the drilling was so loud)

It is a conveniently located and comfortable accommodation. The space was spacious and very cozy, making it perfect for staying with family.

Perfect location for Sydney stay. Walking time less than 10mins to arrive opera house & QVB Light rail station. -bridge st is in front of hotel gate.

Service, in particular the reception is very good. They are helpful !

It’s only about a 30 minute drive from the airport to the hotel, making it perfect for both tourist and business travel. 👍 Apartment style, spacious space The rooms are Apartment style, very large and fully equipped with kitchen, living room and laundry equipment, especially suitable for families or long stay travelers. The overall design is modern and practical, very comfortable to live! 😍 The overall experience The service staff was very friendly, the check-in was quick and easy, and the entire stay was very satisfying. Every night after shopping, we will replenish some washing supplies at the front desk before returning to the room! Tips 👉🏻 For a king-size bed room, you can ask to disassemble it into 2 single beds with 2 sets of bedding!

The location is really great. It's right next to YHA and right in front of Central Station. The tram is nearby. But I stayed on Saturday and Sunday The noise from the club downstairs was so loud I could feel the vibration even with earplugs. The hallway and soundproofing aren't very good either.... If you're sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend The location, cleanliness, and service are very good.

They upgraded my room for free! The city view outside the window was pretty good, and the room was spacious and clean, so I was able to stay comfortably. Above all, the location was really great^^

I booked a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, and it was fully equipped with tableware and other equipment. It felt very homely and cozy. There was a supermarket across the street, so I could cook and eat. The L2/L3 light rail is just 50 meters across from the hotel. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Circular Quay, 15 minutes to Sydney Opera House, and 25 minutes to Observatory Park. It's very convenient to go anywhere. It's worth recommending! I will choose [qiang][rose] when I come to Sydney next time.
