5/ 5PerfectWe stayed 2 nights at the hotel , then returned 2 days later to stay another few days . This is an annual visit to Sydney and I have tried most of the 5 Star hotels in the city . I must confess , Westin Sydney has provided my family and I the most satisfaction in hospitality and efficiency. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and serviced . From the Concierge to the Reception to the Management team ... whoever we met were kind considerate and helpful. As a seasoned traveler I expect this from leading hotels , but I was amazed by the consistency and attitude of the Service provided . I had a room overlooking the the 1 st floor dinning Area , which was beautiful, as was my breakfast there . The lounge was also comfortable and not too noisy . Although, the hotel has mostly business clients working in the City center ... the location was great for tourist as well with Malls just close by . Kudos to the Management Team !
